Pire des agences de voyages a eviter a tout prix. L'agent de service super grossier pas de patience a repondre aux questions et commence a se frustrer si on pose trop de questions. Pas possible de joindre la personne une fois que la vente a etait fait.

Terrible experience. One flight segment was canceled and instead of helping, they misled me into canceling my whole trip just to sell me a much more expensive ticket. Their advice caused me more harm than good. They didn’t help me get a refund for the unused, canceled flight, and I ended up losing my money. Not trustworthy at all.

تجربه‌ای بسیار بد. یکی از بخش‌های پروازم کنسل شد و به‌جای کمک، من را گمراه کردند تا کل سفرم را کنسل کنم فقط برای اینکه بلیط خیلی گرون‌تری بهم بفروشند. راهنمایی‌شان بیشتر به ضررم بود تا کمک. اصلاً قابل اعتماد نیستند.هیچ پولی هم بابت پروازهای استفاده نشده برگشت داده نشد.

Very very bad costumer service. Stay away from them! My wife wanted to add a pet to her flight. Not only did the not know the airlines rules, but also they guided her wrong! They were able to check to see which flights allow pet but they did not! Instead, they forced my wife to book a flight from their website first, that flight did not allow pets. Then they charged me 75$ for canceling the flight and booking a new one even thou no tickets were issued in the first place!
They acted as if they are doing me a favour for adding the pet while this is the agencies responsibility with no extra charge (the extra charge is collected at the airport by the airline)!

Zero customer service. If anything happens with your flight they are not helpful at all. Specially if you have bought your ticket through their website and not via an agent. The only reason you buy from an agency and pay the extra buck is for the customer service which they have none.
My ticket was cancelled through airline and they charged me to "process" my refund. I called the airline and they said that's not the case and the agency has received my refund. So basically they kept my refund until I "authorize" them to charge me an extra a fee so I can get my refund. STAY AWAY
