Been here many times. Some staff are amazing some are not. Since the shortage of dr most of the residents come to emerge here. My recent experience was good, what upset me is the fact that Lab messed up on a testing I had to go and redo the test. It’s not the first time lab messed up. The hospital makes me not wanting to go back even when I find a dr. Never seen a lab test get messed up lots. I hope they can get lab together. As well if you not a penitents of the dr they don’t work to help you on your issue if your results are ok. They done see what other types of testing they can do for that issues. Once they see its all normal they just say your good to go.

They should do an evening walk in clinic so people that cannot take time off work to
Make an appointment to the morning clinic instead of people flooding the hospital still. Have an evening clinic and a morning one.

Yes i know there a shortage of dr all over Ontario. It getting frustrated at times

If you have anything out of the ordinary, like me (heart & kidney transplant + chronic pain), Do NOT come here. You will be taken as a joke and nurses love to gossip about you and other patients. Nothing but school clicks in here. Very disappointed. They need to be waayy more proffessional and LISTEN to their patients. You dont know everything.

Horrible place they called me after my grandpa passed and told me to tell him to stop cancelling his appointments when he passed away in this exact hospital. These nurses are a joke. My sister tried to work there aswell and over heard them talking about our uncle saying, “he’s not dead yet?” You are better off going somewhere else you could possibly die at the hands of this trash hospital

Every time I come here there is at least a 3-6 hour wait time just in the waiting room they do not take you seriously and are extremely quick to judge do not suggest this hospital for anyone with a medical emergency this hospital either needs to ship up or shut down

Had a procedure done on March 19th and all Doctors and nurses were exceptional.
Pre-surgery, in OR and post surgery, all were exceptional

I Have a congenital heart defect and went into an Afib episode. They seen me almost immediately. Very helpful calming staff and nurses. They performed a cardioversion and brought me back into a normal sinus BPM. Great doctor who was informative and helped with transport for upcoming cardiac appointments in Ottawa.
