Beautiful place and lovely villas. The property and amenities are as described on the listing. I would have given it 5 star if customer service was better. We encountered an issue when we got there. Our villa’s AC wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it. We had booked 2 villas side by side as we were a big group and due to the AC situation that villa wasn’t liveable as it was quite hot. They ended up moving us in a different villa which didn’t have as great of a view due to its location and it wasn’t next to our other villa either. Moreover, the whole moving in and out and moving in again to different villa took up our entire first evening and created a great deal of distress. The management didn’t seem to care too much about our inconveniences. We should have been compensated for this trip and gotten some sort of refund for one whole evening wasted due to their issue but they only offered a 20% discount on the next booking and that too they asked us to book within few months for next year. And this was offered after multiple emails as they didn’t even acknowledge my first email about my bad experience. With such bad customer service experience, I am not taking my guests back to them. I’d rather find a different property with better customer service.

Villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only negative - we were in one of the newer 4 bedroom 4 bathroom Villas however I would not call the one with a pullout couch a bedroom. It was so uncomfortable it was difficult to sleep in. The Villa already has two nice sitting areas, I would have put a proper bed in the room. Although the listing says the room has a pullout in one of the bedrooms, the pictures appear to be updated to no longer show this. Makes it look like all bedrooms have beds. Would just caution people when booking. Otherwise great place.

Impeccably clean house, beautiful view with a lakeside patio. My family and I enjoyed the indoor fireplace everyday, and used the fire pit in the evenings. Peaceful, quiet area, with an amazing view of the stars. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoes, and played in the recreation room. Short 10-minute drive to the nearby town of Bracebridge for lots of food options and lovely hikes.

Arlene was a great host and communicator! She was very helpful throughout the booking process, and welcomed us in on our first day. A wonderful cottage getaway!

We had a great stay at the Villas of Muskoka. We booked the Villas for our immediate family to stay at for the weekend of our wedding and everyone could not say enough good things about how beautiful, clean and centrally located the villas were. Our family was able to enjoy some of the amenities provided by the Villas, like the kayaks on the two mornings we were there. There was more than enough space for our bridal party to get ready, and best of all, the room was accommodating for my mother in law who is in a wheelchair. The rooms were clean upon our arrival and Arlene was fast at responding to any questions I had and very accommodating. Thank you Arlene and team we had a wonderful time!

So well maintained! The interior and exterior of the properties are well cared for. The cottages have a nice modern style but still have that classic cozy and rustic Muskoka vibe.

A fantastic place! We had a week here (family of four) and it completely exceeded our expectations. The villa was outstanding and the facilities were great - particularly for our two boys. Very convenient for Bracebridge for the shops, and very quiet. Totally relaxing, and nothing too much trouble for Arlene and her team to deal with. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay. The villas themselves are clean, modern and fully equipped, right next to the lake. There was everything we wanted to do easily accessible: kayaks/ SUPs/ fire-pit for marshmallows, the dock to try fishing, a bar b q on the deck, a rec room to play some ping pong. It was a wonderful and relaxing trip , and we really liked the property. Would definitely recommend / go again!

This was our second time staying at Villas of Muskoka and we had an amazing time once again. The property is beautiful, the homes are very well maintained and the manager Arlene is fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
