Our family was recently stranded in Bracebridge for 3 nights due to a massive snowstorm, and we were lucky enough to find the Cedar Lane Motel. We got the last available room, and were so thankful for it. The staff were so amazingly accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, even allowing us to have a super late check out one day when we weren’t sure if the highway was going to reopen or not. We had a full kitchen to work with which turned out to be really useful. And the beds were so comfortable! It’s also close to lots of shops and a gas station, so the location was very convenient for us.
I would give this place 10 out of 5 stars if Google would let me 🙂

Rooms are very clean and newly renovated. Rooms offers a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Nice clean pool in behind the motel. Staff very friendly.
Only fault was bathtub was very slippery.

If you like spiders in your room and cockroaches. Feel free to stay here.
Was given 1 roll of TP for a 3 day stay. Had to go out and buy my own.
No service to office when needed. Locked up.
Oh and was disgusted with the frog swimming in the pool.
Motel not recommended.

Planned two nights here with my wife and two young teenage children. We were out mostly every day but this place was a little gem!!||Very very clean, crisp white bed sheets, infact the entire room was imaculate. Very freindly and helpful management with very high standards of cleanliness. I have never seen such a consistently clean outdoor swimming pool which was tended to four times a day. Some exterior parts of the property a little run down due to new managment take over last year but renovations in progress continually.||A very pleasant family stay for the August long weekend. We will be back next year.

Terrible. Terrible service, the staff never once cleaned my room and I was there multiple days. They never changed the garbages, let alone vacuumed or came in and wiped anything down. The room was gross (only place that had vacancy), but this place wasn’t busy so no excuse not to clean. Office was locked most of the time. Was charged for an extra day when told I was paid up. When I confronted them, they told me to pound sand and they can charge me whatever they want.

Super friendly reception, rooms are clean, beds comfortable, great linens. Bathrooms and kitchenette need some updating but are clean and very usable. I would stay again.
