Very beautiful place to stay recommend to anyone very loving and caring folks that own and run it as well always fresh bread baked cookies coffee is always ready in the morning very clean as well we love staying at the Muskoka River chalet when we are in Bracebridge thank you for everything

Taurean and Robert's home was the most wonderful AirBNB I have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, the bedroom had a super comfy bed (with 2 Mattresses!!! I felt like the princess and the pea, even though, it was so comfy that I would NOT have felt the pea lol). As well as being welcomed by two cute cats, we received a gift basket AND homemade cookies AND homemade bread. If this is not luxury, I don’t know what is! I feel bad revealing all the surprises (do I will leave one out), but there were so many finishing touches, that made it well worth the money! It also has a great big jacuzzi and beautiful views from the garden. The deck with long chairs and the paddleboat made the stay all so perfect and fun! It was great,Thank you !! 200% recommend!

I stayed in the Royal River View room for 2 nights. It was my first getaway since the pandemic and it was marvellous!

The hosts made me feel so welcome and safe. There was delicious fresh homemade bread and cookies in the kitchen and a welcome basket waiting in my room with treats and even some vino. The view was beautiful, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, a cozy robe, fresh towels, and the dreamy shower all made my stay amazing.

The outside amenities were incredible.. the dock, swimming, fire pit, bbq, more gorgeous views and a hot tub!

The absolutely adorable Joey and Zachary really made my visit extra special too. If you aren’t cat people they won’t bother you though 🙂

Its obvious that the hosts really put a lot of effort into ensuring their guests have the best experience. I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve stayed at the Muskoka River Chalet with my husband twice now. We absolutely love it! It’s very clean, warm and welcoming. It has all the appeal of a cottage getaway that’s complimented with 5 star accommodations. We stayed in the Queens Corgi room on the main floor. We woke up in the morning to a fresh pot of coffee and homemade bread, which we enjoyed on the dock. Taurean and Rob are amazing hosts. I definitely recommend and we will be back!

We loved our stay at The Muskoka River Chalet. The moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at ease in the welcoming atmosphere created by our hosts. Seemless check-in, freshly baked bread and cookies, personalized welcome messages and generous in-room amenities exceeded our expectations.
We enjoyed dinner in both the gorgeous indoor dining room and at the large outdoor table where the gardens and evening sun make for a picturesque experience. During the day, we wandered down the steps to the river finding a lovely lookout spot where we watched red squirrels leap through the trees, then continued down to the spacious dock for swimming and laying in the sun.

What started as a last minute girls trip will become an annual trip to The Muskoka River Chalet and I cannot wait to be back!

We had a lovely and peaceful couple of days at the Muskoka River Chalet staying in the Queens Corgi room at the end of July this year. It was a totally relaxing escape from the grind of life we have led for the last 18 months. The Chalet had everything we needed and was very clean, and the freshly baked cookies and bread were a homely touch and mightily delicious!! The Chalet has a gorgeous back yard with wonderful areas to socialise and a hot tub we took advantage of a few times, along with a lovely little deck on the Muskoka River a short walk down the slope at the back of the garden.

Little touches really made our stay special, like the welcome basket left on our bed when we checked in, along with our names on the door. Not to mention the cookies!! Again!

Hosts Robert and Taurean have created a little slice of heaven, and were very helpful pointing out the hot spots in and around town. We’ll definitely be back again.

Stayed here with my husband for our anniversary and it was perfect! Rob and Taurean are amazing hosts who added all sorts of lovely little extras to our stay. We stayed in The King's Den and it was beautiful - bright, clean and super comfy. We plan on staying again.

EDIT: Make sure you take advantage of the beautiful backyard - they have two barbecues, a hot tub and access to the river for swimming, kayaking and a paddle boat!

We stayed in The King's Den for our anniversary getaway. The atmosphere was inviting & cozy as soon as we walked in. A personalized welcome sign, the fireplace was on & fresh baked bread and cookies waiting for us in the kitchen.
The bedroom is decorated perfectly to really give you that cottage feeling.
Our hosts had great recommendations for where to eat, grab a drink and take some beautiful night time photos of the falls.
We had a wonderful relaxing stay.
We will definitelybe back!
