Great Brokerage to work with. I have been working with Paul, JT & Donovan since July 2024 & we never had any issues. I believe communication is the key between our relationship. I run a consistent lane for them & its going pretty well.

These brokers are so bad I’ll recommend you never pick their load.

I have never seen bad brokers like them.

They will say you total weight is 40000 lbs and they will load you 48000 than they will say weight is fine don’t scale trust me your truck is under load.

Than when you will go on the scale police will pull you over than you will try to contact with them they will not pickup your call and they will waste your time so please don’t pickup their load.

they will do some promises just o get rid of their freight, but definitely wont keep the word, on question if they are mans of their word they will just tell you "Man its Monday, chill" and you will have to wait an extra day to get unloaded... will act rude and ask to call a ext that never answers.. think twice before doing business with them..

horrible service/SHORT PAY. we booked a load with them for $5500 and we waited almost 2 days, including waiting at shipper, waIting for their inspection and waiting at the border as it was not cleared. WE asked them to pay waiting and they refused as they said you signed contract where we mentioned no waiting will pay on this load. ALso they promised yesterday that they will pay us extra $200 if we are able to deliver this yesterday we did the delivery and they deducted $200 claiming we delivered their load late when we have all the proofs we have team and delays were bacause of their shipper and inspection and throughout the route their communication was not very good and whenever they replied it was with the threat you might end up keeping this load as if not inspeced/delivered on time you will be claimed.

Guys, this industry is getting worse and brokers like them keep deducting money ,

STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE REAL SCAMMERS.

Don't waste your time by booking load with this broker. I booked load with Logan Ariola yesterday around 10 AM from Liberal KS. My driver arriver at shipper at 1.30PM and there was a long wait. When my drivers reported to security after 3 hours of waiting, he told him load is for next month. I emailed Loagan and he gave me name of a person. My driver asked security for that person and security told that broker has to call them with new PO number. I sent emails, phone calls but no response from Logan. Late evening he responded me on SMS and asked me to wait sometime. After that he stopped responding and they have no after hours service. After waiting whole night, next day morning when we contacted them again a lady named Ashley Ariola sent me email that load is cancelled. Since then after couple emails and phone calls no response. They did not even sent us TONU. Very bad broker. Avoid taking load from Globetrotter. They will waste your time and money.

Absolutely disgraceful service from this brokerage company! They double booked our load with another carrier, leaving us with a TONU and a wasted day. Their complete lack of communication—ignoring all our emails and calls—is beyond unacceptable. Incompetent, unprofessional, and utterly unreliable. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nightmare!
