C'est une événement incroyablement enrichissant! Chaque moment était parfait pour cultiver l'amour et l'estime de soi. C'était un séjour de ressourcement qui m'a grandement fait du bien à l'âme et au coeur. L'équipe est au petit soins de chaque belle dame présente. Ce fût une première expérience excquise et je souhaite sincèrement avoir la chance d'y participer à nouveau. Je recommande chaleureusement à quiconque veut vivre une expérience pour grandir en tant qu'être spirituel et authentique. Même si l'événement était majoritairement en anglais, une personne qui parle principalement le français comme moi peut tout de même y participer grâce à une belle collaboration de cette merveilleuse équipe.

The Dare Summit was incredible! I really enjoyed this extra long weekend - it was the perfect balance of me time and self-care, inner work and deep self-reflection, and practices that love up on the body as well.

It was also lovely to be surrounded by amazing people from all walks of life - it felt like the group was perfectly curated (the right people always come together!) and I was in awe of the massive amounts of love and care that went into the organization of the event. The venue was absolutely beautiful and it felt like we were totally held in the entire experience - from the warm welcome, to the nourishing food and the wonderful selection of activities on the schedule. There were also pleasant surprises throughout in the forms of little gifts and the attention to detail was impressive overall.

I highly recommend that you experience it for yourself!

I recently attended the Dare Summit with a lifelong friend, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We decided to step out of our comfort zone, and I’m so glad we did. When we arrived at the stunning location that Kristen chose, we were instantly captivated by its serene beauty. It felt like a hidden gem, and we were breathless just soaking it all in.

From the moment we hit the road, our excitement was palpable; we couldn’t stop discussing how incredible it felt to be embarking on this adventure together. The food was amazing—after every meal, we were never left hungry, and there was always a sweet treat to enjoy.

After just the first day of different sessions and speakers, we began to feel more comfortable around new people. We broke down some walls during various activities and were surprised at how close we got in such a short time. The hot pool and cold plunge were incredible, and the stunning lake, along with the birds singing in the background, took our breath away.

My absolute favorite experience was the drumming session; dancing and feeling all that energy inside of us was exhilarating. Reading my book by the pool while soaking up the sun was equally remarkable.

I highly recommend the Dare Summit to anyone looking for adventure, a place to unwind, and an opportunity to find positivity. It’s a space to truly open up and grow. I can honestly say that when I left that retreat, I felt lighter and refreshed, especially after years of ignoring my own needs. My mom would always say I was burning the candle at both ends, and this experience was a much-needed reset.

I suggest anyone do this with their bestie, their mom, or both. You will laugh, you will cry, and you will emerge feeling more alive than ever before! 10 out of 10 experiences.

This was a first experience at a retreat for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the concept. The environment was peaceful and comfortable. The schedule was busy but participants did not feel pressured to take part in everything. Some of the sessions were intense and alone time was often needed to reflect on surfacing emotions.
It was well organized. Healers, teachers and presenters were knowledgeable and very approchable. I will remember the beautiful, like minded people I met. What a discovery this was. Thank you Kristin for this venue. I would do it all again in a heartbeat!💗

Hello when I was invited to this weekend retreat I wasn't sure what to expect being this was my first one. What was so exciting is I was going with family and friends. The place was beautiful and we were so well received. Meeting all this ladies and knowing that I wasn't alone in this journey of wellness. So many different life stories had made me feel like I am not the only one..I left there so peaceful and with a open heart.. thank you Kristin for organizing this and inviting me in this experience...... will I do this again YES
