An enjoyable stay. With all the other hotels booked up late at night this was a last resort and we were expecting a run down, severely outdated, not sure how to sleep under the sheets motel; however we were pleasantly surprised. While the rooms are small and a bit outdated it’s just general things that don’t matter. The beds were new and exceptionally comfortable. The owner is very kind man as well as his wife. Breakfast was good and the eat in area was also lovely. Definitely recommend

This is an older hotel that has upgrades on all the important stuff: new beds, new linens, new bathrooms, new HVAC and new windows. What hasn't changed is the older big bathtubs, hooray! The footprint of the rooms hasn't changed either. The sink is outside of the bathroom and the furniture is older. ||||A full continental breakfast is included, with tea, coffee, fresh fruit, juice, toast and pastries, even a waffle maker. We found that some parts of the breakfast were available all day. Our pet-friendly room had a door which opened directly into the interior courtyard which made everything so much easier. ||||This hotel has a good Asian restaurant on the premises for lunch and dinner. We left the dog tied outside the restaurant window so we could keep an eye on him easily, as well as the front desk watched him too. Very useful after a long day in the car. ||||What really impressed me most was some of the beautiful artwork that has been added here and there. Check out the sculptures and paintings in the lobby and the framed needlework in the corridors. ||||Not a polished chain hotel, but that's not what we wanted anyhow.

First time staying at Sutton Park Inn. Michael Sr and his family and staff are amazing! Our rooms opened to the courtyard with picnic table and chairs. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable with updated washrooms, very comfortable beds, sofa,and very quiet a/c units. The Asian restaurant attached is excellent. And the included breakfast was amazing. Not your basic continental breakfast here. The offerings here include hot food...bacon, sausages, hash browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and the list continues. We will definitely recommend Sutton Park Inn to friends and family. Thank you Michael Sr. for making our stay so enjoyable. We will see you next year. Enjoy your summer! From rooms 128 and 126.

My husband and stayed here to celebrate our legal wedding. We only stayed one night, but Mr. Kim was very accommodating and allowed us a late check out so that we could enjoy the beach in Kincardine during the day. Mr. Kim is hilarious and friendly, he definitely made the stay a treat. The hotel is older, but very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are motel-style, which is nice for being able to come and go from the beach.

The owner of this place is the nicest person ever. Far beyond what I would expect. I was turned down from a few other local hotels because I lost my driver's license and only had a health card for Id. He checked me in without hesitation. I also lost my cell phone earlier that day and he let me make a few long distance calls on his cell phone. Also hooked me up with a bit of food. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the restaurant that I hear is great. I'll definitely be driving down again to try it out. Definitely would recommend because of the great people who own it alone. Might be an older building but it's well maintained and the bed was comfortable. My room was clean

We paid $145 for a double bedroom. Despite it looked old-fashioned, we would expect the room to be perfectly cleaned (for $145!). There was a washcloth from the previous occupant hanging on the bath pole (see picture). Furthermore, there were some stains on the towels and we found hairs in the bed. We will definitely never go back to this place again!

The rooms are nice, but have a musty smell to them.
You get used to it after a short while. The TVs could be a bit bigger and offer more channels form those relaxing nights in.
The breakfast area is ok, but we found mouldy bagels set out for guests.
Price was decent for what it was. Not sure I'd stay here again but overall it wasn't too bad, as far as the room goes.

Will never stay at this place again! The hotel smelled very musty. Our room stank, the only light that worked in the room was the overhead light. Toilet shook anytime you used it. Spiders in the bathroom and only a couple of TV channels worked. Only plus was the beds were clean and comfortable
