Our experience with Magnificent Tours (Niagara Falls) was excellent from planning through the actual experience. Tonya Marshall addressed every need, including accessibility to the tour bus with a wheelchair.
Each aspect of the tour was exceptional and enhanced all the more by our tour guide John. The wealth of information, provided during the tour, history and guidance only served to make or experience incredible.
I highly recommend Magnificent Tours when visiting Niagara Falls.

We went with Magnificent Tour this time and it was wonderful. Our tour guy Tony was awesome and had a great sense of humor. This tour was very organized and convenient. We stayed at Marriott Fallview and got picked up right from the hotel lobby. We got to see Journey Behind the falls, Niagara's Fury, etc. We had a great time!

We purchased the scenic tour and stayed at The Marriott on the falls. They picked us up right at the side door. Bus was clean, comfortable and cool. This tour included the Hornblower cruise, Journey Behind the falls, Niagara's Fury, White Water Walk and a 48 hour WeGo bus pass which came in handy the next day while exploring on our own! The tour also stopped downtown for 1 hour and gave us a chance to get a bite to eat. Loved our guide Alice! It was a 5 hour action packed tour that we would definitely do again! I went on two tours with this company - the Epic Evening Tour and the Niagara Scenic Tour. Both tours were fantastic! The Niagara Scenic Tour makes it very easy to see the best of the falls, with the best attractions and vacation tips. It is far better than trying to see these attractions on your own because you have don't have to worry about parking fees, wait times, or driving in traffic. Definitely worth the price. The Epic Tour was amazing thanks to our tour guide, John McKinnon. He knows everything about the falls, and has such a fun personality. I'm thankful we were able to tour with him. The tour itself was a great best-of-both worlds when it comes to Niagara tours, with a delicious dinner included. I personally feel that the tour is best for adults or older teenagers.
Initially, there was a mishap with our pick up from the hotel (for those of you who may be staying somewhere other than the listed hotel pick-up locations, I recommend you be picked up from the Marriott Fallsview Hotel and Spa). However, the director Karen Peters worked with us to make sure we were accommodated. I was really impressed with how well they handled the situation. Truly the sign of a great company. If you have any questions I recommend you call them because they are very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience, and anyone who is visiting the falls should go on this tour!

The tour was amazing. John our tour guide was incredible and very informed. I left something on the bus and they made sure I got it back. It was definitely worth it. Thank you for making it such a great experience for me and my dad.

I booked this tour in my hotel (Marriot) in which they recommended me to go to the tour desk. I was given a price for the tour and they told me they could charge it to my room. When I received the bill the charge was double the amount vs what they told me and they claimed the price they gave me was USD and excluding taxes.

Doing the activities by your own is 30% of the price. The sites you visit are incredible (that’s why I give 2 starts) but I would recommend you to just go to the Niagara Parks website or directly in the spots and buy the tickets there.

We had an amazing tour. They upgraded us to a different tour that had both wine with a food pairing. It was an amazing tour and we had so much fun. Our driver “Wendy” was informative, and went out of her way to make our time special. I would highly recomend this tour. It was a cherry on top for our anniversary celebration.

The tour of the falls was wonderful. Our tour guide, John, couldn’t have made the day better. He was very informative, organized, and had a great sense of humor. He made the day enjoyable with no stress. I would definitely recommend this tour, and ask for John as your tour guide!!
