Fast and great service. Don arrived in less than 30 minutes to change my flat tire (which he ended up being able to fix, which was great). Don was so friendly and clearly experienced. CAA is lucky to have him.

CAA Niagara has a "Contact Us" link on their website, but don't expect a response if you actually try to reach out. I've sent emails and received nothing back. What's the point of offering support channels if you're going to ignore them?

Although it took quite some time, service provided by roadside assistance and then towing were awesome. Both men were truly gents and helpful. Especially Mike, the Tower, took the time to drop me off at our rental which was super appreciated since we are from out of province and had no additional vehicule. He delivered the car straight to the garage without me having to show up there. Makes things much less stressful for all of us. Thanks!

Flat tire QEW left lane. CAA came with flatbed and took me to tire repair. I was back on the road in 1.5 hours. Membership is priceless when you really need it.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! The customer service is useless the woman reads of a sheet of paper giving no aid. I have been waiting for 3 HOURS and they told me to wait 45 minutes, THEN when I called they told me to wait ANOTHER 45 minutes because the driver decided to go to another call. This company is USELESS, I have CAA+ and they treat me like this. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR especially during the winter.
