I tried many times to contact Joe to book a flight ticket. Always gave false promises. I strongly suggest not to buy any tickets from this guy. He is no reliable salesperson. You will never get service from him. He will only give you fake promises or hard to reach him after purchase.
Don't waste your time and money buying a ticket with Joe. No service after purchase if there is any cancellations or rebookings.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I believe that an agent needs to be on top of their calls and texts to provide their clients with exceptional service. However, I have had to contact this agent countless times (throughout the course of 2 weeks) to discuss prices. He ended up booking the flight for me at the MOST EXPENSIVE PRICE and had me return DAYS EARLIER than I requested. I don't understand how something like that can even happen, but I will definitely not be recommending this travel agency to anyone. I have unfortunately learned my lesson, at the price of $1000+, so I would suggest doing your research prior to contacting this agency.

Joe Fernando is a damn liar and I've never found a person carrying out his/her business so unethically like him. If you ever do business with this guy, make up your mind to loose money and loose your peace of mind. Keep all your communications in writing as he does not follow through what he says. Beware of doing business with Joe Fernando.

Disappointed! Never got my money back after the flight was canceled! Joe kept saying it will come in two weeks, and it has been three months now!!! Sending a complaint to the TICO board! I advise everyone to do the same.

Joe and Priya at Suncity Travels are the most reliable travel agents I have come across over the last 10 years. The last time I used their services to fly to Sri Lanka, it was an emergency. The sudden demise of Jackie's (My Wife) mother in Sri Lanka. This happened on a Saturday evening. Added to all that my wife had an expired passport. We turned to Joe and Priya and thats it. They took care of everything. Got the emergency passport on Monday by 2 pam and Jackie was on her way to Sri Lanka the same night. I cannot think of anything but gratitude for such committed service not considering the nitty grities regarding other matters. I had come to know Joe in 2009 and had not met him in person until sometime in 2013. Durig the period we traveled twice. Again for funerals. Joe and Priya this appreciation is genuine and wish you all the very best and recommend to anyone who likes to travel without any fear of being left in the doldrums. You will get to your destination in peace of mind.

I just want to say that who ever going to book air ticket in this place good luck! This guy is a irresponsible person just to change the travailing date I waited 17 days,22 phone calls with no response, e mails and WhatsApp msgs which never get response, not recommend this place at all,if you book a air ticket from this guy all you get loosing money and wasting your time.
