The highlight, of course, is the up-close encounter with the thundering waterfalls. The sheer power and majesty of the falls are breathtaking, and the sensation of being surrounded by mist and the roar of the water is exhilarating. The boat takes you right into the heart of the action, providing unparalleled views and a sense of being truly immersed in nature's grandeur.

Despite the power of the falls, we felt completely safe throughout the tour. The captain skillfully navigated the boat, and the crew's expertise and professionalism were evident.

I absolutely hate tours because they are all so slow and boring. But I would take any tour with Dirk. DIRK IS AMAZING!!! I have never ever met a tour guide as efficient as him. He planed the entire day so we didn’t have to wait in any line ups. We never waited for anything and I hate waiting and crowds just like him. I will always remember this as the best tour I’ve ever been on because and only because of Dirk.

Scenic tours of Niagara was a great way to see different aspects of the great Falls and businesses that have grown around them. Fortunato, our guide was patient, knowledgeable and diligent a great driver and a gentle nature. He was a joy. There are certainly tourist traps, but overall it is helpful to experience the falls with a guide.

We loved the boat ride, the tunnel and the 4D experience - great experience! However, for the price I would expect better organization. Nobody communicated the full agenda for the day, so we didn't know when to expect lunch, kids were really hungry. In the bus, the tour guide kept asking other kids to be quiet. How can you keep your kids quiet, especially on vacation?
Few times we were told: "now we're going to cut in line, just don't look into their eyes", which makes me doubt if all this thing is legal?

We thoroughly enjoyed this 5 1/2 hour tour which included an up-close and personal cruise directly under the falls by Hornblower, journey behind the falls, 4-D experience of Niagara’s fury, butterfly observatory and maple syrup and fudge tasting. Dave Plato was an excellent guide! He and his extended family grew up near Niagara Falls, Canada, and he had a thorough knowledge not only of the falls, but of the entire area. Very informative tour! He also recommended we watch Niagara, an old movie starring Marilyn Monroe. It was awesome as it was filmed on the Canadian side of the falls. Many of the scenes were very familiar. This was a spectacular trip and priceless!

Absolutely ripped off for 713 CAD. I am attorney and I can advise that in the states what happened to me would be illegal. I bought 3 tickets for what i was told was a 4 hour tour. I showed up with my two sisters and we were told we had time to look around while the bus driver went to get our boat tickets we went to the restroom and then came back to the meeting area and the bus had left. We begged for boat tickets and even have proof from our photo of the parking lot and iphone tracking that we were only gone for 9 mins. We asked them if we could reschedule for another time or even just do the boat under the falls portion of the tour and they declined. What made matters even worse is that we were told the price for the tours I purchased were an ALL DAY price not just 4 hours. We were ripped off and scammed. Poor communication from their driver and their failure to do anything to make this right got them a free 713 CAD.
