We had such a great time on the tour! Joe was an amazing and fun guide! We tried excellent wines, discovered more about the Niagara wine region, and met nice people on the bus. I would strongly recommend it to anyone!

This was an amazing wine tour and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to organize it for a large group.

My wife and I took a large group of friends and family with us and chose the 4 vineyard package. Everyone LOVED the whole experience and complimented the whole organization of the tour.

We got a large coach bus and visited 4 different vineyards all 10min drive apart from each other in the Niagara-on-the-Lake region. Each stop had 45min-1hr for us to enjoy the wine and explore the area. For one of our stops we got sufficient time to sit down and buy some lunch.

The driver was on time, great at communicating and patient. Larry did an amazing job organizing the tour and providing the details necessary for an enjoyable evening.

I noticed that the reviews are not great and I was nervous about organizing something for a large group of 20+ people. However, Larry and his team did an amazing job and this tour was a huge hit with every one of my friends and family members.

I purchased a tour for two with Niagara Fun Tours through Groupon, and at first, everything seemed fine. I reached out to Larry, the office manager, to reschedule our tour date so we could add a third person, as the original day had no more spots. He accommodated the date change and offered to book the additional person directly with them at the Groupon rate. However, he informed me the cost would be $90, even though Groupon was charging $69.25. I repeatedly tried to show him the price difference, but he refused to honour it, claiming they only receive $30 per person from Groupon and don’t make money through that platform.

To make matters worse, after charging my credit card, I noticed an overcharge of nearly $25 on top of the $90 plus tax he decided to charge for one person. Despite my efforts to get this corrected, Larry eventually stopped responding to my messages. I had to go through my credit card company to get the refund.

Overall, this experience was a headache. I would advise staying far away from this company and booking elsewhere if you can.

I wish I had read google reviews before booking this for our 8 person tour. I would have never booked it!
Awful experience after paying a decent chunk of money for a PRIVATE tour!
No one ever responds to calls and the email communication leaves much to be desired in being honest and sharing the correct details.
We were pawned off to a “sister tour” company for the transport and sent off in a school bus after the tour company emailed stating we will get a mini tour bus. Not once did they say school bus.
The seats were uncomfortable and on a day where temperatures reached 30, we had no air conditioning! Sweating and haggered is how we did rather rushed tours.
The driver’s name and contact number was never shared and we wasted 20 minutes past start time looking for him. As a result, we lost out our first tasting. Thankfully the winery was kind and gave us a glass of wine each instead of tasting flight.
We had to rush to second to one to be there for the time slot!
The driver was kind and personable and literally the only good thing about the tour!
The itinerary is poorly planned because all wineries selected are scattered so far that we spent too much time driving.
Do yourselves a favour and do not book with them!

I have been on at least 6 different wine tours but this one was awesome! Driver, was funny and knowledgeable! He made this tour that much better....and the wine at Vieni....PERFECT! I bought 3 bottles to bring home...7 in total through the entire tour! Good day, good people, great weather and amazing wine! Worth every penny!

First, the good.

Driver was knowledgable, and very friendly. Cost was fair as I got a Groupon. The environment was fun. Everyone on the bus had a good time, until the end...

Now, the bad.

First, a school bus pulls up. After the second stop that bus filled up and I saw an actual coach bus pull up around the corner that the rest of the people got to get on.

Second, this is not a Niagara wine tour, this is basically a Hamilton wine tour.

Third problem, we were told we would be hitting four wineries. After our third we all thought we were on our way to one more but instead pulled up to some chocolate shop and were just told that "sometimes plans change". I signed up for a WINE tour, not a chocolate store tour.

This wine tour was great and it's also super affordable! I went on the wine tour on Sunday the 10th and our tour guide was Joe. My group and I were worried at first because we saw a large party group who appeared already rowdy and tipsy was headed on the bus with us, however thankfully Joe didn't let them on the bus because they swore at him, interrupted him, and wanted to bring their own alcohol/food on this bus (obviously this isn't possible with covid). So that being said if you are interested in partying and getting drunk, get a private tour or just rent an air bnb. Public wine tours are best for relaxing, enjoying wine, and site seeing, not large parties. Joe felt bad for not letting the group on the bus, however, the entire bus stated that they were grateful to not have the rowdy group (you will see many reviews from the group that got kicked off on here and just trust me when I say they were very rude and needed to be kicked off, luckily they all got refunds). Anyways, the tour itself was beautiful, we went to a lot of smaller wineries in Beamsville which was nice because it was quite the unique experience. Joe was a fantastic tour guide that liked to make jokes, chat with people on the bus, and he even gave my friend and I a photoshoot at the wineries so we could have lots of pics. Would definitely tour with this group again! If you looking for an affordable wine tour that's relaxing and enjoyable, I recommend this one.
