Wow! 5 stars seriously isn’t enough! Andrew our tour guide was phenomenal and we had the best time ever! From the minute we stepped out onto the beach to meet Andrew we felt at ease - he ensured we all were safe while also having a great time! We got to see beautiful views, hear amazing facts abouts the history of the park from Andrew, eat delicious sandwiches fresh from a local bakery, portage for the first time and go cliff jumping!! Honestly was a day for the books!! Thank you so much Andrew - we will be back!!

Highly recommended tour for those who want to experience 100% in touch with nature and disconnect from everyday life. The canoe ride is challenging (for novices like us) but the scenery is breathtaking. Our guide Enzo was super, organized, always attentive to our needs and passionate. Great food! Paddling at sunrise or even just watching the sun rise over the lake is worth the trip. To be repeated!!

Absolutely perfect day with Stuart on Canoe Lake. Our tour was well organized with efficient use of time. Stuart is a perfect host patiently explaining the history, secrets and stories of Canoe Lake. Saw magnificent fora and fauna with ample time to take photos. Our complementary lunch was delicious and we stopped by the bakery to purchase items to take home. It was my birthday present to myself and it exceeded all my expectations. Going back again next year. Stuart’s passion and respect for Algonquin Park is displayed throughout. Thank you Stuart!!!!

We were lucky enough to have the last 3 hour canoe trip of the year 2024 with Andrew, a very knowledgeable guide. We came to Algonquin to understand more about the environment that Tom Thomson painted and cared for so much, and Andrew really helped to deepen our understanding both of the environment and Thomson himself. Although the lake was choppy, Andrew knew how to read the water and his skills inspired confidence. Thank you! Hilary and David

Had a great time exploring canoe lake with Algonquin Adventure Tours.
They were hospitable and accommodating for our group of Muslims who came with Islamic Relief Canada.
Our tour guide Andrew was a delight and was really engaging with his historical stories about Algonquin.
Definitely a great and safe place to explore the park! And Islamic Relief Canada will definitely continue using their services for years to come!

We had such a great adventure. My daughter who is 8 years old and I enjoyed this tour so much that we booked it again and we had a fantastic time canoeing with Stew. Thank you so much. That was the first time for us being on a canoe and we felt very safe when the weather became harsh the first time.
Fantastic opportunity for children and mothers who want to do some self-care and enjoy the beautiful nature, also for photographers.
If you want to raise your vibration and frequency, this short trip is what you need.

went on a 3 day canoe tour with guide Ben. It was awesome... coming from zero experience with canoeing and camping, our guide walked us through everything from how to paddle a canoe, how to portage a canoe, how to setup camp etc etc. The food was waaaay better than we expected! And it was so nice, quiet and peaceful escape from the city life. There really are a lot of mosquitoes in July though.. so you really gotta be prepared with the bug creams.. lucky they also had bug mesh jackets for us to wear to ward off the bugs! We also were lucky enough to experience both sunny and rainy weathers... good rain jacket is really essential for your 100% enjoyment of this trip.. Unfortunately we did not see any moose, but we saw a bunch of other animals like turtles, loon, beaver, seagulls.. and mosquitos lol. The last days lunch (Bagel) was spoiled like the bread got moldy, but other than that everything was great.......10/10 recommend.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder 16, 14, 11) haben die 3-tägige Kanutour gemacht. Es war ein fantastisches Naturerlebnis. Unser sehr freundlicher Guide Andrew hat sich toll um uns gekümmert, einfaches aber schmackhaftes Essen gemacht und uns eine Elchsichtung ermöglicht. Das Equipment war gut und zweckmäßig. Die ganze Tour war wirklich gut organisiert. Das Baden im See war erfrischend. Das Kanufahren (5 Stunden pro Strecke) ist auch für die Kinder gut machbar gewesen. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, die wir nicht missen möchten.
