C'est un vrai motel classique comme on en trouve aux USA et au Canada. |Si la déco n'est pas très moderne, tout est très propre et en bon état (excellent MSA matelas). ||Les deux vrai plus sont l'accueil sympathique et la situation : à la fois dans un quartier résidentiel agréable et à proximité immédiate d'un grand super-marché où se ravitailler avant d'aller visiter le parc Algonquin.

Plancher très sale, manque de serviettes, lavabo de la salle de bain dégage une odeur horrible, pas de bouchon pour le bain des enfants, c’est vieux et vous payé malgré tout le prix d’un hôtel récent et propre..

I came up to visit my son at university for 2 days. I just needed a place to sleep for the nights and am on a budget. This was the least expensive accomodation in Orillia. The motel room is small but very clean and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by the plain-looking shower head. Instant hot water with good pressure! The room has a microwave and mini-fridge, with a Metro grocery store right behind the motel. Located within sight of the pier and a 15 minute walk to downtown. I will most likely choose this spot again the next time I come visit!

Good budget choice. It’s a basic motel with small clean rooms, no frills. Everything you need, comfortable bed, descent bathroom and they allow dogs. 1/2 the price with a great location, highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of staying here for one night and I will stay again.
The room was just what we needed and the front desk clerk was super informative and had me wanting to stay longer .
Yes this is a motel so its not fancy but You can be assured it is in a nice area by the lake and has a metro close by. Awesome location and i cannot wait to come back again

For a motel for work not to shabby. The two fellas that work the desk were great. Bed was comfy. They did male sure new towels and, soap, tp and garbage was done. They didn't make my bed, which I prefer. I do recommend especially for the price.
