Staff are kind. Great place to take kids and toddlers. Not very baby friendly. They used to have a play area for younger ones, but they no longer have it anymore.

Great place for kids to play. I only gave 3 stars since the area was a bit dated and some parts of the structure where ripped (repaired though). Could use an update. The staff was also a but lack luster.

Would only give it 1 star or actually 0 if it hadn't of tired my daughter out to sleep.. we went to the playtrium for the first time today and more than likely the last... $17 bucks to get in is a little much we paid $8 of that alone just for my 1year old to crawl around on the floor. I am just super thankful she isn't old enough to want to play the games because I watched parents wasting so much money so their kids could play games and the tickets to half decent prize ratio is way off (spend your money at the dollar tree and buy them the same items for a fraction of the price) The food is really overpriced we didn't even bother. My daughter used the toddler area which has some basic things like a couple of exercausers, 2 play slides, a few ride on toys, a small crawl through tunnel and a small ball pit and 1 stand and walk toy (will include pics) one thing I was glad for was the carpet was fairly clean.. all of the ride on toys, the exercausers, and the stand and walk toy should have been interactive, light up and make noise but guess what not one of them either had live batteries or they didn't work at all which very disappointing babies need interaction. My daughter was trying to push the stand and walk toy and it wasn't going so I flipped it upside down and all of the wheels were literally clogged with hair and as gross as it was I sat there and picked it out, honestly I would rather not have had to do this but i would have rather done it than her or another baby putting their mouth on the toy or end up eating some of it đŸ€ź... there is so much potential for the toddler area, put some interactive lights in, put some toys in they can actually play with not just stuff to ride on..replace the batteries in the stuff you do have if need be i can come there with a screwdriver and do it for ya's. Even expand the area, there are alot of extra eaterie seating that does not need to be there, if you took out the air hockey table that did not look like a frequent flyer for guests as we were there a hour and a half and not once did I see anyone touch it. Move the ticket booth over to where the air hockey was and voila you have ample room. If you are worried about the rock climbing its the same as the air hockey, hardly anyone used it but thats probably because it is no where near the games or big play structure it is up hidden behind the toddler area it's like going into the creepy corner to play. Only other thing is put a gate or fence on the entrance to the todder area would helpful.
So to sum things up and to do the least amount lower the prices on babies, and put new batteries in the few things you do have.. Unless this$ place gets revamed and the prices get lowered for babies we for sure will not be back!!!!

It's good for kids +3. My kids just love this place and enjoy alot for 3 to 4 hours.
Only concern is that fees is 20 per kid which is high in my view but parents are free.

Helpful, friendly staff. Nice and quiet on a Friday afternoon after school. The play structure is wonderful - extensive and varied, and there are interesting things to do in it. The coin and token games can easily distract kids, which is a disadvantage. However, the tickets dispensed by the token games do add an element of excitement.

My 6 year old absolutely loves this place and feels the staff really are friendly and care about him. We have been coming for 2 yrs and I wish I had of known about this place since he was a baby. It is great fun and fabulous for burning his energy. I wish the prizes were better - even themed ones from the Party Store would be great - better value, but other that that it is our favorite place for kids in Kingston and I highly recommend it. My son is very excited at his "milestones" there - being able to climb the wall now etc. I'm so happy this place exists in Kingston! Good job staff and owner 🙂
