Endroit très propre avec un personnel très accueillant et courtois.
Le restaurant "The Cannery" vaut le détour et je le recommande totalement. Leur fish & chips est le meilleur que j'ai mangé au Canada tout en ayant une très grosse portion et le prix très abordable.

Stayed at the DoubleTree Kingston and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast at Cannery Kitchen was excellent. Loved the warm cookie at check-in! Only downside was some hallway noise, but overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I enjoyed the pool for a quick swim. It has long hours.. I had a quiet night with my best sleep in weeks. The hotel pillows are very comfortable and I fell asleep before I had time to judge the mattress. Turns out it is really comfy too! The staff were very friendly even in the middle of the night. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.

Spent one night at the DoubleTree - our room (#134) was situated right next to the door to the Home2 Suites lobby, although we were staying at the DoubleTree side. There just happened to be a large youth hockey convention in town with a huge number of players/parents staying at this hotel. There were hundreds of people in the lobby partying, drinking, yelling, screaming, slamming and knocking on doors, and using incredibly profane language in the lobby and hallway until well after midnight. Look, I get it...people were there to have a good time and there just happened to be A LOT of them there at the same time...I take no issue with that. BUT there are other paying guests that deserve (and are owed!) a peaceful environment to sleep. It is the hotel's responsibility to be the custodian of the environment...for all guests...period. They should have contained the party after, say 9pm, 10pm, 11pm at the latest! To respect the other paying guests on the property. A poorly managed hotel...fundamentally and profoundly so. What a horrible night...at $400 to boot! Worst hotel experience we've ever had. Would certainly not recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights, Feb 15 and 16th. 2 adults and one child. While looking out the window our child discovered the window fully opened…no screen. We were on the fourth floor!! How safe is this? What if someone fell out? Absolutely insane!! So dangerous 😡😡😡. Room 418…better get that checked asap!!
