The prices went up from $10 to $20 from 2019 to 2022! Now that they are the only taxi company in Gravenhurst they have monopolized the business and have exorbitant fees. We need an Uber or Lyft in Gravenhurst to counteract this. Although some people here are giving positive reviews regarding their punctuality and cleanliness; the previous owners were punctual and kept clean taxis as well. Therefore the positive reviews have some irrelevant points. The pertinent point is that they've doubled in their cost for the same quality of service that was provided with the previous owner. They shouldn't have increased by that much in that small amount of time. On those grounds alone I've rented a car from Toronto and drove into Gravenhurst regardless of the fact that now it cost me more. On principle alone, I do this. Taking a bus all the way to Gravenhurst at night and then paying $20 for a taxi to take me literally a distance of less than 3km because I don't want to walk alone at night is price gouging.

The drivers are so wonderful. But the company is absolute garbage. We were charged $50 for a 20 minute ride (at 5:30 pm), and when we called later (around 10:15 pm) to order a ride back, we were charged $95 for the same ride in reverse. Not at all the drivers’ fault. But the woman on the line was rude and just awful. As a former Lyft driver I really hate to see this treatment of riders, but unfortunately this company seems to be the only option in Gravenhurst. I would 100% recommend just driving yourself instead of resorting to this terrible business.

This company and the owner are absolutely awful. Do not use them ever. Has a monopoly and will quote you a charge and then hike up the charge
to bring you back the same way. He threatened my daughter when she put up a honest review of what happened, the owner was calling and the texting her to take the review down. Very intimidating, threatening and aggressive behaviour . Completely ruined a night out at the Key to Bala they had been looking forward to for so long . They will be following this up with the municipality, as his
Licence should be pulled !

I was looking into getting a simple quote of how much it would cost to go from north of Orillia to a location in Gravenhurst. The lady that answer the phone was very rude and it seems as though she was upset that I was calling her. I asked if she can put it in the GPS so that she can see my exact location but apparently this taxi company does not use GPS. She ended up hanging up the phone on me so I had to read it 1 star

Called for a ride to a convenience store and back..store 1km away on main street...35 dollar flat rate. NEVER SEE A PENNY FEOM ME. I dont take the time to review businesses, so trust me when I say you're better off walking!
