Pour: Le personnel est très attentionné et courtois, l'hôtel est bien situé, la chambre est spacieuse et tout est très propre.
Moyen : Le restaurant de l'hôtel à un bon menu, le chou braisé est délicieux, le service est excellent, mais le porc semble plus bouilli que cuit.
La déception : Le service au chambres est beaucoup trop long. 1h30 pour avoir un déjeuner... froid, et c'est à croire qu'ils mettent la sauce hollandaise dans les oeufs bénédictines avec un compte gouttes. Et finalement... Le lit, je crois qu'ils ont pris le matelas dans un surplus de granit.
Je repars après 2 jours de repos, plus fatigué qu'à mon arrivée et complètement courbaturé. J'avais toujours eu de bonnes expériences dans les Hilton et je croyais la marque synonyme de qualité jusqu'à présent.
En conclusion, si vous souhaitez vous reposer et que vous n'êtes pas fakir, choisissez un autre hôtel. J'aurais mis une étoile si ce n'avais pas été du personnel!

Me faire réveiller de minuit jusqu'à 2h30 du matin pour le déneigement du stationnement. Tabarnaque, c'est pas fort. Très mal situé. Il fait clair comme le jour dans la nuit à cause des rideaux de merdre. La toilette est très petite et la douche est mal faite. Je ne recommanderais pas ce Hilton à personne même s'il est assez neuf. 160$ de gaspiller.

Highly recommend this hotel, the manager always goes out of her way to serve guests and ensure their stay is outstanding and it is much appreciated and noticed!! She does a great job!
I stay here whenever I am in Sudbury, it's close to all the shopping, great restaurants and easy in and out!
The room during this stay was clean and very comfortable!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a family wedding that was taking place in the city and we absolutely loved almost every aspect! The rooms were quiet and newly renovated. The gym is very nice and well equipped. The restaurant is very nice with good food and the bar was also a nice touch in the evenings. The only recommendation that we have (and we heard the same complaint from other family members) are the pillows. The pillows are the feather pillows that sink and when sleeping it felt like we were lying flat without any head/neck support. Please please get better pillows that have more cushion! If it wasn't for the pillows, we would have given it 5 stars.

Great Hotel. Only a few years old. The only real complaint I have is their insistence on charging a $200 deposit. The process they use ended up with almost $2000.00 charged to my credit card as holding amounts until everything cleared and I was left with just the room charge. Very few hotels do this anymore. The restaurant is good but rather pricey. Good exterior parking. Lots of other food choices near by.

I really can’t think of anything negative to say about this hotel. It’s centrally located, clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Sharon was so great with our small pup that stayed the night. We didn’t try the restaurant or room service but there is a small snack area at the front desk that we used. The pool looked great and will definitely be back!
