The customer service staff were excellent, in particular John. They found the problem and it was fixed at a reasonable price, and provided needed service for my generator to run at peak levels. I also appreciated the technician who helped me unload and load the generator on drop off and pick up.

Took an old dirt bike tire in to be replaced on the rim and I knew it would be difficult. They were incredibly polite, friendly and informative. They had a replacement tube on site and they had it completed when they said they would at the cost estimated. I would definitely be a return customer.
