I went for umrah and I must say even in a very short notice they accommodate and arranged my rooms in very very good prices for five star with haram view . Exceptional service and shout out to Nasim bhai who really made sure without differences of time that I got the room with everything I requested . Thank you may Allah swt bring lots of Barakah to you , your business and your family . Lots of love and duas. Will be calling you soon for family month of April may trip inn sha Allah .

Alhamdulillah this was our second Umrah trip with Tahir Bhai and the service just got better each time. Went in 2019 and recently again. Went with my two elderly parents and Tahir bhai ensured they were well look after at all times. Even at the airports made sure they had wheelchair facilities. The hotels both in Makkah and Madina were really nice with good facilities. Alhamdulillah Had a lovely journey with a lovely group. Thanks to Tahir Bhai who made it easy for us due to the Umrah visas that we had which made it easier for us to do our Ziyarats too. Excellent service with no issues. We like to go on a vacation every year and there are complications because part of our family leaves from Toronto airport and one of our daughters leaves from Vancouver. We all like to arrive and leave on the same days and stay together at a same resort. As a result I can not book online and need to talk to an agent. Since covid, I have found that places like Air Canada Vacations, Sunwing, etc., do not ever answer the phone. Despite waiting on hold for hours - no answer. My daughter suggested I call Triplets Travel & Tours and Khalid Nasim was able to arrange our trip without any problems and for no additional fees or costs. Thanks for your excellent service.
