Fun Factory Indoor Play Area is an excellent destination for children aged 8 months to 10 years, offering a safe and engaging environment for play. The facility features a spacious multi-level play structure with exciting obstacles, slides, ball pits, and more. While a few arcade games were not operational, the playground itself provided endless entertainment, keeping the children engaged for hours. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Our recent visit to The Fun Factory indoor playground was filled with laughter and excitement. The kids had a blast exploring the various play areas and engaging activities. The facility is vibrant and well-designed, offering a wide range of entertainment options for children of all ages.

However, I must deduct one star due to some minor safety concerns we encountered during our visit. For instance, we noticed a missing screw in one of the play structures, which could potentially pose a hazard. I've attached a video showcasing this issue for reference. Although the overall experience was enjoyable, it's essential for the management to address such safety issues promptly to ensure the well-being of all visitors.

Despite this concern, The Fun Factory remains a fantastic place for kids to have fun and burn off energy. With a bit more attention to safety details, it could easily earn a full five-star rating from us.

Not bad of a play place but i found that there are a few " dead ends" which causes congestion when it's a busy time. Otherwise, no issues.

There's a smaller area right up front for the little little which was great.

Coin operated toys available... felt very nostalgic. The kids had fun, especially on the slide !

Clean and great equipment, was never worried about my oldest (3) getting hurt or lost in there. There needs to be a more strict rules on the infant area though, my 1-year old was picked up and lifted over a rocking toy by another older kid (over the age limit for the area). It was a harmless gesture by the other kid and I was there to catch my kid when she fell. Just make sure you keep your eye on the little ones playing. But other than that we will be back here many times in the future.

Was there with my 3 grandkids March 8/25 for their birthday celebration and was quite disappointed, the washrooms were inoperable and an announcement was made if we had to use the washroom, to go somewhere else. First off, it's in an industrial area and Secondly, these are young kids..you can't expect them to hold it long enough for you to drive to a public bathroom. The place should have been closed until the issue was resolved, not keep letting people in. Not a good impression for a first time customer.

Very dirty playground , the washrooms was disgusting. They didn't have enough space to put your shoes ,shoes was all over on the ground when you enter. No gate in front literally kids can get out without knowing. yesterday was our first time visiting and it's last visit. There are better playground to visit and have fun. Avoid this playground👎👎👎. Zero customer service
