My nurse is expert at giving these vaccines, I barely feel them. She is calm and sweet to talk to, both of them are upfront and helpful to answer questions. Great service.

I called to book the earliest next availability and was told there was a same day opening at 1 p.m. if I could get there in time. I confirmed the spot and spent about 10 minutes on the phone providing my details. After hanging up the phone, I then rushed to the appointment and spent another 15 minutes filling in the extensive medical history form. At this point, I was 20 minutes early to my appointment and there were absolutely no other patients in the office.

When I spoke to the health provider on duty, she said she couldnt find my appointment and was fully booked. Upon further review, she saw that the agent had actually booked me in two weeks from now. Despite the error made by Passport Health, she refused to see me and didn’t care to find any time to oversee my very straight forward visit.

I understand making mistakes, however this experience was hugely disrespectful to my time and no efforts were made to rectify the issue caused by their team.

We had a really good experience. The nurse was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The length of the appointment was longer than expected, but we appreciate the time the nurse took with us to answer all of our questions and make sure we had all that we needed for a safe trip. Our daughter didn't enjoy the needles, but luckily there were lots of lollipops to compensate.

Extremely expensive, do not go. They overcharged us to the point where we had to pay nearly an extra $1000 for vaccines because they overcharged and insurance wouldn't cover it. If you're not looking to double the cost of your trip don't come here. I will probably never go to a travel clinic again after this experience when I realized that all the information that they give you is available for free on the Government of Canada website, and you can ask a pharmacist or your family doctor to issue you the medication.
