Quick, Courteous, professional, and very communicative. We felt guided through our whole process of VR extension and Thomas helped calm some of our concerns and guide us through a very challenging process. He responded quickly anytime there was an update or question and was always willing to arrange a meeting to further discuss details or help us understand better.

We will be using this service when we do our spousal sponsorship as it was a very pleasant experience working with Thomas and his team.

Absolutely wonderful, caring, knowledgeable people. Thomas and his team did everything they could to make my immigration process run as smoothly as possible, and I don't know what my wife and I would have done without them. They responded quickly to any questions we had, and walked us through what we needed to get here. They helped us with forms, documents, converting files, and checked and proofread everything to make sure I had what I needed. I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about their service.

We were taken very good care of, and I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't find kinder people to work with.
