My last trip to truro was by far my best trip yet. The driver Scott was an absolute pleasure to be around. His kindness and confidence in his job really makes a long drive seem very fast. I also was extremely excited to have been on a brand new luxury bus. I felt as if I was being pampered or even felt as if I was important. The new bus makes me want to travel by bus more often .

People are travelling and need access to restrooms while they are waiting for their bus.

I understand that renovations are needed for improvements but you should still have at least one restroom accessible.

There is zero excuse for this. If the staff can have a functioning restroom so should travelers.

The solution that was given... go to the Tim Hortons next door. I am a firm believer that if you aren't purchasing something from an establishment then you shouldn't be using their amenities.

Between 3 and 4. It's small and you cannot do anything here but talk with a MB worker or go to a toilet. Not good, not bad overall.

The drive experience depends on the kind of driver you get, except one over sized old guy all the other drivers where good and accurate. I have used the service over 15 times in the last 5 years.
