I have booked my first time with Lorie for a little getaway with my best friend and will never go to another travel agent again...she is helpful and honest....she is personable and understanding. Lorie is an awesome travel agent. SO knowledgeable and helpful. Also when we had to cancel due to Covid-19 she helped us fight our insurance company so we were able to get our trip refunded! This was the first time we booked through Lorie for our trip to Cuba and it won't be our last. We had such a great time and relaxing vacation. We stayed at Memories Paraiso in Cayo Santa Maria and we will definitely go back there. There was loads of food to choose from. Pools and grounds were immaculate but the staff were the BEST. They checked daily to make sure that we were happy and didn't need anything. Trip of a lifetime. Thanks to Lorie. She checked in a couple of times before we left to make sure that we had all documents needed to travel as well as taking time to answer all questions we had. We have booked with other travel agents over the yrs but Lorie was the only one who checked in with us asking if we needed anything in Cuba as well as checking in just days after we returned asking if we were happy. We wouldn't have changed a thing about the trip Lorie. Thanks to u we had an AWESOME vacation. We will definitely book with u again. ❤️
