It is a small cinema Cineplex. We came to watch Minecraft in 3 d, the tickets were purchased for 3D online. But when we came , it was not in 3 d because they had a problem before with the electricity. So one seance was moved and they showed just a regular version. They gave a number to call a customer service to get a compensation. It happened today, so I still don’t know if it will be fast and easy either the call.

Aih, it's a cinema.
It's old.
Movie quality is decent.
Same with sound.
Everything else could use a makeover.
Gaming zone is dirty.
Washrooms are old and as decent as the people using it so mostly we avoid using it if possible.
Ticket guy is very nice.
Smack people are just doing their job.

Saw "Last Breath" and loved it. Bought the tickets online. The theatre was mostly empty and that may have been due to it being Sunday afternoon. Still, it's a shame people aren't filling up theatres like we used to. No lines to get popcorn and our pick of seats.

We attended the movies last night and it nearly cost us $100 to attend to see the new Captain America (3D).

We had vouchers to use which gave us;

1 adult admission
1 regular drink
1 regular popcorn

My husband wanted to upgrade to the Captian America Cup x 2. Plus he ordered a Large Popcorn tin, which apparently came with a large popcorn. The popcorn did have butter.

By the time the girl sales associate who was ringing it in scanned my scene card, and took the two vouchers, which includes the admission minus the $3 for 3D, and the regular popcorns, and the drinks, it cost us over $98.00, which we then used a $25 gift card from cineplex company towards the purchase.

Please advise how this happened as once I added everything up, as well, it did not seem right. Both young workers at the counter were struggling at the counter, with no assistance.

If this is correct, I will no longer be attending the local cinema as these prices are atrocious even when you use a movie voucher purchased at Costco, as gifts and a gift card, and still had to pay $98.00 after the fact.

The last 3 movies we’ve been to have had the same problem… HORRIBLE audio. It’s like they don’t have surround sound, background music outplays voices and it’s muffled. People eating popcorn overpowers the sound. Not worth the amount of money it costs to go to the movies.

We love to take our grandchildren on movie dates for birthdays ect. I’ve always found the theatre to greatly lack in cleanliness. Tonight we dropped money on the floor and when we turned on our phone light I was disgusted by the filth under ALL of the seats. Why? These are concrete floors that should and can be cleaned regularly. As well, there had not been a showing in that particular theatre since the day before and there was still garbage strewn all over. The filth reflects poorly on your establishment. PLEASE clean this place up!

The Gladiator 2 could have been played in a better room with better sound effects. It looked as if only a few speakers were working. I guess my TV regular speakers may have had better effects🤔.

The lights were flickering initially and then the sound was so unclear or dull.

I feel justice was not done for this movie😞. Some movies need to really have a good sounds effects!!!

(However, loved some other movies in the past in other rooms with better audio).

All this theatre plays anymore is 3D. It would be nice to have more regular showings. Also very disappointing to wait in a line for 30 minutes to not be able to buy tickets. The 2 ticket machines they have up front rarely work. It's time to separate the snacks from ticket purchases again.
