Bien situé, proche 401. Hall d'entrée ès bien, vu sur restaurant, très invitant. Déjeuner inclus dans le forfait, heureusement car très dispendieux sinon. Chambre, ok mais propreté très ordinaire. Trouver un support de plastique au fond du garde robe d'un précédent occupant, donc pas eu un gros coup de balayeuse... long cheveux noir trouvé sur le bord du bain ( J ai les cheveux court blond donc pas à moi), et traces de savon visible sur la poignée de douche, robinet etc....

Bien situé avec tout les services. Définitivement certaines chambres ont besoin d’être rafraîchie. Tapis gondolant et tapisserie gondolante également et jaunie. Resto bien aménagé. Internet rapide , ce qui est apprécié.

Suite king un peu vieillot 270$ pas de dejeuner
16$ pour dejeuner assez regulier comme dans les hotels ou il est inclus!
Téléviseur mauvaise image et pas de canaux spécialisés. Decu de cette endroit pour le prix et la qualité !

Great place! Very convenient location. Only downfall was the bathroom sink took a very long time to drain. Other than that it was nice and clean. My favorite part was the beautiful art work in the room that was made by employees with name tags attached to show who is was and from what department. I loved that personal touch!
Staff was also very professional and accommodating. Will defiantly return.

Very average good enough 1 night stay only. Room needs upgrading. Bathroom not clean room funky smell old fixtures from the pillow on the bed to the lights. Asked for checkout at noon had an event at 12:30 was told its going to cost $98 dollars. Bathroom vent dirty and loud. Air condition loud funky smell in room had to ooen window. Shower head dirty. Restaurant attached to the hotel was good and location convenient.

My partner and I checked in without any issues. However, when we got to our room there was smudges on the mirrors, crumbs and stains on the chair, and a small stain on the bed sheets (it looked like dried blood). SEE PICTURES! ||The front desk apologized and upgraded our room which was appreciated. The room looked good, yet the next morning we noticed stains on the pillows again (this time it looked like makeup). The front desk gave us breakfast vouchers but even the breakfast was mediocre. For almost 200$ for a night this place was not worth the cost.

Super convenient location, and perfect if you are coming on the bus from Toronto or Mississauga. The staff were on the ball and attentive and kind and professional. Would stay here again for sure. My ONLY complaint is I wish my pillows were nicer. They were lumpy/the insides of the pillows were clumped together and slightly uncomfortable.
