Julia was amazing. She was easy to reach and responds promptly. Staff were all friendly and patient with us. It was well organized. My family had a great time and highly recommend this to other families for a bonding activity. They do have the taxi service included to bring you back to the starting point which makes it stress free. Only complaint it the driver we had with GTT was a dangerous driver and not paying attention to the road and we almost got to two near accidents. He was rushing because he wants to make more runs back and forth to pickup other riders. Nothing to do with the whole tubing experience but I think should be contracted with a better shuttle service company

Lovely active outdoor activity. Staff are friendly and helpful. Staff do not raft with you, so nice to have some alone/ group time. The route is simple but can be difficult to paddle at times due to low water level and getting stuck on rocks. The rafts take on water extremely easily. You may need to dismount several times to empty the water. At the end of the route, you receive a taxi voucher to return to the launch point. Expect to take 2-4 hours for the whole trip. Expect to get wet; dress accordingly, recommend water shoes, towel, and a change of clothes. Bring sunscreen, sun glasses, hat, water, waterproof phone pouch.

Such a fun and beautiful way to spend a few hours. And right in my own backyard too. Easy to book, efficiently ran and the people running the event were all wonderful at the start and end. The cab voucher is very helpful and made it even more simple to relax and enjoy without any worries. We will definitely be back.

Great time. Excellent value. Good for all ages. Google maps entrance is incorrect - entrance is 150m east - use Moyer's Blair Landing as destination. Easy booking online. Check in and go through a safety session. Grab your inflatable, life jacket, paddle and go. Since you go as you are ready, everyone is spread out a lot. River flow is slow. River is very shallow. Need to watch for rocks that could anchor you. Less ripples the deeper and less chance of having to walk your inflatable to deeper water. When you reach the golf course head to the right side and stop for pics by the waterfall. Latter part is very slow. We did some paddling to speed things up. Was just over 2 hrs for us. At the end, helpers are there helping you out of the water. They provide you with a taxi voucher back to the car and garbage bags for the taxi seats. Washrooms are at the taxi pick up location. The starting point only has a porta potty. Excellent service. Super safe. Can tie inflatables to each other if you have small kids. The water is fairly cool. Ok to dip your foot, but chilly for most adults to swim in. TTG has the best cancellation policy on the Grand. Also, the closest one to the 401.

Amazing experience. The entire team was great! Some practical tips ahead:

1. We parked at the entrance and were shuttled back via taxi (included with the fee).

2. You can park at the exit and choose to shuttle to the entrance instead. But will need to arrive 40 mins. before launch. (Needs to be arranged in advance.)

3. The tube is more of a raft and I was able to fit two backpacks between my legs.

4. There's a cup holder. We gave each boat two drinks and snacks.

5. It took us about four hours from start to finish (with 30 mins. at the beginning spent on safety talks, sign in, etc.).

6. Water was mostly calm. Mostly shallow. Route was clearly explained to us. We didn't come across any weirs or dams. Life jackets were mandatory. I felt my family and I were pretty safe.

7. I can't stress enough that EVERYTHING GETS WET. Garbage bags aren't air tight. Pack anything you don't want to get wet in Ziploc bags. Put all food in Ziploc bags. Pack extra Ziploc bags. Trust me.

8. It's beautiful. I loved it. I didn't find it exhausting as the current does most of the work and I think it's fine for children who are capable of paddling.

Highly recommend. Great activity for the entire family!

What a great day even though a storm came in at the end. It was so organized and we could see them checking as we went thought the course. My kids absolutely loved it and we will be back.

This was a relaxing and comforting experience. I enjoyed every minute. I would do it again. Just expect to paddle alot in the end. I got stuck only once where I had to get out the tube and get back in. This is a wonderful adventure to share with. friends, families, kids, work group etc. They provide free taxis to take you back to your car at the end. Staff very friendly and helpful. A must do if you are in Kitchener, Cambridge area

We had a good experience. The cancellation policy is excellent (though we didn't use it).

Because of low water levels, the river wasn't busy but we each got stuck several times. Getting back into the Turbo Tubes can be tricky for a beginner, especially without help.

Getting stuck had advantages. We got to see more wildlife (Canada Geese, several heron, a small deer running through the water).

Towards the end, the water gets deeper but moves slooowly. That meant much more rowing than we wanted. Rowing a Turbo Tube isn't as efficient as with canoe or kayak.

Overall, the river was much too lazy. For our purposes, that was fine.
