Booking was fast and easy. Communication was abundant. Price was great. However the car was 10+ years old. Rusted through and made so much noise it was impossible to sleep in. It even woke my neighbours when I got home. Our driver was quiet but friendly but had the Bluetooth directions on so loud it again made it impossible to sleep on the airport ride home at 1am. Had a 12am landing time and the driver had to wait due to multiple delays. Was patient and waited. But again the vehicle it self was sub par.

Early September 2024 we had Ajitt and late September 2024 we were assigned Terry.
Both drivers were on time and drove us back and forth from Toronto Pearson safely and directly.
Terry was extra nice to talk to - discussing mutual home locations.
Initial on-line booking was easy to set up and the response was prompt with full details for each assigned driver.
