We really wanted to give this place a 5, but had a few issues;

We ordered a classic melt which comes with cheddar cheese and American cheese, but we didn't want American cheese, so he offered to substitute the American cheese with mozzarella... great right?! Except we got just mozzarella and no cheddar.. which wasn't very good. Make sure you're clear what you're getting.

Second, I asked him to make sure there was lots of ketchup in the bag... when we got to where we were going (picnic area) there was ONE ketchup... for fries and a grilled cheese. The one ketchup was barely enough for the grilled cheese. So we ate the fries dry. Ask for lots of ketchup and check the bag before you leave.

Finally, the small poutine was tiny.. literally tiny and had very little cheese on it.. not great value for $7.. don't recommend it.

Philly cheese steak was very good!

Service was great, very friendly, and the quality of the food was good. Just disappointed at the errors and the value.
Spent $30+ for 2 people and was disappointed.
Not sure I'd try them again.

I was told my takeout would be ready in 9 minutes and it was ready in 9 minutes. I really appreciate honesty. Fries and rings were delicious and plentiful. Disappointed in burger. While extremely juicy, there was no crust on the patty and it needed seasoning. Couldn’t taste the meat.

Stopped to try passing through Parkhill today. Have seen it pop up on reviews before. Great! Good prices, good service. Fun to have something a little bit different. Makes for an easy stop on drives down to London etc.

The food was fantastic. I had the smoke house. My girlfriend got the Philly cheese steak. You will not be disappointed with either! The service was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful. Already looking forward to our next visit!
