Currently renting in sudbury and the property manager Vic has been the least helpful while managing a major leak in our house. He was rude and hung up on us for calling in an emergency leak. This resulted in my ceiling eventually raining and they took out my whole kitchen to discovery an ungodly amount of mold. We have no kitchen, no sink, pets with asthma who are severely affected by the now fully exposed mold. And we are expected to reside here and are getting no more information. So dangerous.

We've been with Repin (formerly - Greater Sudbury Property Management) for the last 5-years and they've been a fantastic property manager for us. We're located far away from our property, so it was great to have the peace of mind the Repin offered by striking the right balance between handling minor issues themselves and looping me in only when owner discretion was required. DO NOT DEAL WITH REPIN

If I could leave negative stars I would.
I dont know where to start but this property management group is the worse of taking care of your properties. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm an out of town owner that owns a property in sudbury so i cant go and see my property, so they take huge advantage of people like me. The stories i had when i contacted my tenants were disgraceful. GSPM/Repin did not tell me all the stuff that was wrong, lucky the tenants told me. I was horrified. Ive been paying for stuff that wasn't even done, or they refused jobs without me knowing. Watch out for the miscellaneous payments just under $250. They got me on that a few times here and there.
The one story my tenant told me was she was suppose to have the bathroom painted and the painters refused to paint in the winter...WOW. Their was primer on the walls so now that bathroom is probably destroyed with humidity from the shower. Thanks idiots.
Also my one tenant wasn't been paying for 3 months and they havent done anything about it. So I'm at a loss now thanks Repin.
I have emails to prove everything and texts from tenants.

The ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY EVER !!!
They are horrible when it comes to property management.It has been over a month, they haven’t fixed the exhaust fan in the washroom. When we put the request for it, after someday it shows completely however it is not done . They have to make sure to complete the work first and then show the request is done.

I rented an apartment at 138 Albany street. It looked decent. But time proved otherwise, we were told the deck off the patio door was going to be rebuilt in the spring by the agent showing us the unit. That was lie number 1, the window they replaced to act as a secondary egress, is not an actual emergency exit and is too high to be used as such. Still waiting on that ladder GSPM! Lie number 2. All 4 front windows were screwed shut because the cranks and locks were broken. After a year and a half, an attempted break and enter through the unlockable window, a police report filed, and an order to comply from the city, they were forced to fix what should never have been broken to classify this unit as liveable.(And beyond the fact that it took this long, the ridiculous back and forth from staff, the blatant ignorance amongst the staff "this is the first I hear of this." ) Furthermore the neighbors haven't had functioning windows in 10 years, so no it's not due to anything aside from neglect. second police report was filed against the cleaning woman, as she bagged up a load of laundry waiting to be washed(I work night shift) on the table in the laundry room. Did not give any notice that she removed our items, which conveniently contained my wallet. I was reassured this is theft by the constable I reported to. Which they denied, and the following week put two signs up with scotch tape trying to void themselves of liability going forward. Sadly the scotch tape didn't hold up. They gone.(And no this is not an allegation, as it can be substantiated with witnesses seeing her place the bag of clothes at the road, which contained my wallet not misplaced until she misplaced it. I understand she is your mother, but really.....)And luckily so are we. One star is still too good of a rating for them. I have 146 emails proving everything written above.
Be careful who you're dealing with, and maybe talk to the current tenants.
