Pourris. Personne ne veut parler français même s'ils le peuvent. Rien à manger à part des friandises dans les machines distributrices. On nous demande d'être là 2 heures à l'avance mais les comptoirs n'ouvrent que 50 minutes avant le départ. Profilage racial évident quant aux fouilles aussi.

Why are there never any attendants at this airport? If they are going to have everyone working dual jobs, they should at least provide a mechanism to call in some customer service as opposed to making customers wait by themselves. Confusing process that doesn’t need to be so complicated; being greeted by customer service upon arrival seems like a basic expectation. :S

Fantastic amenities with the office tables with charging outlets while you wait for your plane. Free wifi. Plus an airport bathroom that actually has paper towel and not just an ineffective air dryer!

Small quiet airport, easy to find everything. Staff is always friendly. Minimal lines and wait times. My only complaint is it is so small after Covid they no longer have a lounge or a single shop serving food or beverages just vending machines which isn’t ideal if your flight is delayed.

I’ve always found everyone at the airport to be friendly and helpful. I’ve been in and out many times over the years once needing a tire pumped up late one night another time having security check on a lost bag for me (which is above and beyond and would never happen at other airports). The place is pristine, the bathrooms immaculate thanks to Simone and the rest of the cleaning staff. I miss the restaurant but many businesses struggled with covid, hopefully as flights increase again it will reopen. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

Really loved the airport. The staff were ready to offer assistance when looking for the parking meter. The lady at the Air Canada front desk was really helpful as well. Dropped my mom off at the airport and the security officer was a real gentleman, assured her everything was going to be alright. Thanks to the entire team at the Sudbury Airport for a great travel experience.

Very bad experience. Had an emergency flight scheduled to Ottawa at 7:15am. On the way to the airport there was HEAVY fog, and ended up arriving about 20-30 minutes prior to the flight. I had already checked in online however I still needed my boarding pass. I arrived as soon as I could to the counter to collect my boarding pass and there was no one there, I then asked staff if there was anybody who could help me as I had already checked in and just need a boarding pass and they replied very rudely and unprofessionally to just go and wait at the counter, I waited at the counter like they told me to do so and nobody showed up and it was getting close to boarding time (NOTE: Boarding HAS NOT begun yet, ALL passengers were still waiting in the lounge). I then asked the security if there was anyone who could assist me as I’m getting worried about missing my flight, so she went and came back a few minutes later just to say, once again in a very rude tone; “You’re not gonna fly today. You’re late, too bad” I then replied that I was not late as I was here prior, I had already checked in online and I was told to wait for someone to show up at the counter for my boarding pass. She then replied “There’s nothing we can do, too bad you should’ve been like everybody else” I then entered the screening area and had said to the staff members there who were at the boarding gate that I have an emergency in Ottawa and the plane has not begun boarding yet and I already checked it online so what is the issue with receiving a boarding pass? When I asked to speak with a manager One of them them replied with very low class while throwing his hands up in the air and said “That’s not our problem” “We don’t have a manager” I then tried to explain my situation but I was just ignored. Each staff member at Sudbury Airport treated me with the most disrespect I have ever experienced and made me feel like I was nothing . There was absolutely no effort whatsoever to try and help me and instead just tried to make things even worse for me. I live in Sudbury and use airports often I have never experienced anything like what I experienced here. P.S. The flight ended up being delayed/cancelled due to the fog. Their actions and behaviour to me were absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable.
