Robyn Evans is amazing. Iam a nervous traveller and struggle with all the new apps and technology. She is patient and informative. The best travel agent I have ever experienced. She will work hard for you and make sure she gets you the best bang for your buck. Highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Robyn for all you do for our families travel needs.

This place should be shut down!

Gord Mackey, a so called agent has a temper that’s for for a 2 year old child. They don’t deliver what they offer and we have been charged twice for a trip we never even booked thanks to GORD. He is a nasty piece of work who treated my 80 mother like she was a pieces of garbage on the street! Zero class no professionalism should be in the business. He partners Trisha covers for him as he will never return call after asks for the Client’s credit card number just for reference. Once they leave he puts the card the card through so he can make a sale and get his commission. Nasty piece of work…
DO NOT USE TRENT TRAVEL FOR ANYTHING I MEAN ANYTHING. The same this happened when I was in New Zealand 4 years ago and called be souse we had. Problem, hi called from Auckland o my to be told to shut up and hung up on my while I was in Auckland New Zealand stuck! Dirty business and nasty attitude.
I wish we could attach recordings of conversation in these reviews.

Have used this agency for 3 years. Robyn was always our agent and was amazing. She is currently away for several months. Needless to say, the service has gone into the toilet since Robyn being off. They cost me to lose money and are now ignoring my calls and emails to resolve. Takes your money BUT doesn't take accountability I will not use or recommend this agency.

Ongoing matter with this agency who lost the entire amount of a vacation, taking zero responsibility for the Agents Error. The agent made a decision which caused this WITHOUT her clients consent.
All branches are ignoring our requests.
Had to get TICO involved!
Matter is ongoing.
Absolutely ridiculous - agencies are used to minimize errors!!
One star is too much!
