I decided to travel to Umrah just a week before the departure date, and this agency made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. They facilitated the payment process, even offering installment options, which was super helpful. The hotels they selected were top-notch, and the internal transfers were literally luxurious — comfortable, smooth, and well-organized.

My husband and I booked with Al-Madeena for the Nov Al-Aqsa & Umrah package. It was a long awaited desire to pray at masjid Al-Aqsa. The booking process with Al-Madeena was very smooth. Br. Karam is efficient at answering any concerns and questions. He even delivered our Umrah package to our home before the trip. Unlike some other agencies we were looking at for Jerusalem, Al-Madeena doesn't pressure you or repeated call. They give you the information you need and required documents/payment details. The follow-through is very simple & respectful.
Our package was Toronto-Amman-Jerusalem-Amman-Madina-Makkah-YYZ. Royal Jordanian is an okay airline, the flight does a technical stop in Montreal both ways (you do not need to leave the plane). The meal options are limited if you are vegetarian or have allergies but the plane itself is comfortable.
In Amman, we stayed at the Coral Tower hotel, it was above our expectations. King Abdullah mosque is a 15-min walk from this hotel and the women's section is open for prayer too. In Amman, we visited the Cave of the Seven Sleepers, Amman citadel, Roman theatre, and Prophet Yousha's resting place.
Prior to our departure, Sh. Azzam walked us through the procedures for entering Jerusalem. Pay attention to these tips, they were helpful. The drive is technically around 1.5 hours, however, when taking customs and immigration into consideration it can take up to 6 hours. The group is supportive and the leader, Br. Faez is caring and provides a calming presence.
In Jerusalem, we stayed at the Holy Land hotel (breakfast and dinner included). It is and 8-10 min walk to the mosque. The walk has some steps, we had no issue but some of the seniors with us were unable to walk the distance - a solution was to book a golf cart and divide the cost which was $20 US one way. It is a privilege to pray at Al-Aqsa, I suggest to not miss any opportunity to do so. Bro. Faez helped the seniors with the arrangement which was very kind of him. While in Jerusalem, there were daily Islamic excursions booked with Al-Madeena with a very informative tour guide (Ehab). The sites we visited included significance to Ibrahim (a), Ishaq (a), Davood (a), Musa (a), Zakariyah (a), Mariam (a), Omar Ibn-Al-Katab mosque, wall of Boraq and much much more. The tours are extremely historic and spiritually rejuvenating.
Returning to Amman is smoother than the drive in, nonetheless, the group waited for everyone to complete immigration which is reassuring. We spent some time in Amman by the Dead Sea before our red eye flight to Madina.
We stayed at the Pullman Zam Zam hotel (breakfast included with a rooftop view of the haram), a 5-7 min walk to both men and women gates. The hotel was luxurious. At this time, a pre-booking was required for Rowdah thru an app called Nusk (both men and women). This very well could be subject to change. Sh. Azzam provided us with a tour of Masjid Al-Nabawi and also started Katam Al-Quran. We also visited masjid Quba, masjid Qiblatain, Jabl Uhud, and Janat Al-Baqi (men only). After four days in Madinah we went to Makkah (we split from the group and took a train). In Makkah, we stayed at the Pullman Zam Zam as well (breakfast was included). This hotel was descent and did the job for two nights, its a 5 min walk to the haram and is in the clock tower where there is a hall for prayer too. Sh. Azzam led the group for Umrah and a day tour. Finally, a farewell dinner was arranged for in Makkah.

Overall, we will continue to recommend Al-Madeena and would return to use their services. The team is compassionate, organized, responsible, and accommodating.

- Zam Zam can be purchased at Jeddah airport prior to departure
- Local laundry services are available in Madina
- Saudi SIM cards can be purchased (for ordering UberEats etc.)
- English was commonly spoken
- Taking $US is best for currency exchange
- Local pharmacies (nahdi) are available in Madina and Makkah
- Grocery stores are accessible
- Buses for tours are well equipped (USB ports & bathrooms)

Well organized, very good arrangement. as they are arabic speaking and well experienced able to handle all kinds of challenging situations. All trips lead by scholars, like Dr Munir El Kasem, who make easy religious and spiritual rituals. I highly recommend Al Madeena for your hajj and umrah. If you don't have any known agent please book with Al Madeena without any hesitation.
