Absolute scam - this is Expedia in Ontario. Do not answer their phone - and when you get to an individual you get a message "this person does not have their voicemail setup" and it prompts you to try again. Hopefully they see this and reach out to me. I have a refund confirmation in writing - supposedly back to my credit card but it was never applied. Looks like small claims may be the only option.

Totally unprofessional. Nobody answers the customer care number and nobody replies back to the messages left. They practice Zero accountability towards their customers and at times leave them hanging in a limbo.

Absolutely terrible experience, 0/5. The driver was lazy and kept trying to skip sight-seeing stops, on top of that the driver takes unnecessary detours and gets lost to waste time and then asks for overtime pay. Ridiculous. He also suggested the worst places to eat dinner and on top of that, I only felt safe in one of the six different hotels that we stayed at and we were supposedly given 3+ star hotels (a total lie, one of the hotels looked like a refugee camp). This was a waste of my time and money and I don't have anything good to say about it. Honestly I've had a better experience with $99 tours offered by other companies and this tour costed upwards of $1000. I absolutely do not recommend.

We have travelled to several countries with Tour East. The agents are wonderful and go out of their way to make every trip memorable. Especially want to thank Mojtaba for all his help.

I been trying for 2 weeks to call , I also knocked on their office door no answer .. possibility the company is shut down

Unfortunately they have no power to help. The airline changes the flight schedule and if you request a change to another flight you are supposed to pay 500$ as change fee. Needs to step up and challenge airlines more

It is only the head office,not a retail store. Their branch on Finch and Leslie was permanently closed
