Went to drop off patient to MH Hospital ,A Wing, Saturday Feb 8 at approx 12.50 pm and one of their 1trucks was blocking 3 handicap spots
License plate 451 7BM.
For a company that transport's people to hospitals, this driver needs some more training on how to park!
I have photos of the truck but can't load it here.
i hope someone from the company sees this and takes action.

On March 1, I booked the service for my dad and the driver was late for 1 hour. I sent an email to ask for any credit adjustment and no replied. Then, I called the center and they transferred me to accounting dept. When I asked them any credit adjustement, they hang up my phone!!

I called again and the agent said accounting dept was very busy, and told me to call again later!!!

The trip was only 3 minutes drive. Because it is snowing and I have to book the car. Eventually, I have to wait for another hour for just 3 minutes ride!!

March 20 booked vehicle for the day. Fantastic . Driver was early for pick up. Driver (Michael) was excellent. Very nice, very professional, a great guy. Excellent experience , great service through dispatch when ordering. I would highly recommend.

The vehicle was late for an hour to pick up my son in the morning, and almost 20 mins late in the same afternoon. I was quite upset and filed the complaint, thinking it could be long painful agreement with the team. Surprisingly, the customer service took the case very seriously, and their General Manager even took time to investigate the case himself, and phoned back to explain the result of the investigation. Then a generous compensation was offered. The difference between a good service provider and a bad one is not because of the day to day excellent service, but because the way that how they deal with the issue. Every company receives the complaints, but not every company will handle the issue in the professional way like they did. I am glad that I have them to provide the outstanding service for our family. This is definitely a good transportation service company that I would recommend to anybody.

A friend of mine used the service to transport her father from the hospital to her house. Unfortunately, they made a series of mistakes. They spilled her father’s drink over him and dropped him when they dropped him off at the house. When they called her back to follow up, they were rude to her mother and claimed that they had done nothing wrong. They even blamed her family for the incident. This is a very difficult time for her and her family, and they deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. If you’re considering using this company, I strongly recommend that you look for another one.

I am so surprised as to the developments of this incident. Dec 2024 we were charged $117 for a ride. I called on Thursday, March 6/2025 received a price of $140 for same ride. I called back today, Friday, March 7/2025 and same girl said the cost is 164$. I have never received such service by this company as we have been longtime clients. And in addition the long term care my husband resides at uses this company as their primary transportation vendor.
I am still in shock as I write this. It looks like they are taking advantage of us, which is not good.

This service is awesome. I have booked 2 or 3 days before I need them and that has worked great. I go to Toronto once a year and use this service for getting to and from the airport. My first time using them was last year. I traveled with a friend who also uses an electric wheelchair and they were a few minutes early which was great. The vehicle looks like it could hold 3 maybe 4 wheelchairs.

Just got back from Toronto yesterday with no issues. They where already there waiting when I landed and on the way back they were right on time.

Thank you Dignity Transportation for making my trip a lot less stressful. I will see you next time I'm in Toronto

My mom has a larger than normal wheelchair, and we were looking for a way to get my mom to my wedding. Dignity Transport explained everything, asked about the wheelchair, etc.
They sent a confirmation for each of 3 "moves" for the day. For each leg of the trip they were 10-15 minutes early and waited patiently. Their vehicle was clean, and handled my mom and her wheelchair perfectly. Highly recommended, We will not hesitate to use them again. And as an added bonus, their rates were well in line with my expectations.
They helped make my wedding day, perfect!
