Lousy Start to a tour. Was supposed to go to Apple Harvest Sat Oct 4, 2024. Seating arrangements confused by a group getting on bus. I had a lady start complaining to me my seat was hers. I offered her my paper showing proof she refused. "She was always right" was my impression of her. She even pointed a finger and said those are our seats. Driver got involved. But as these ladies sat behind us they kicked the seat like small kids .I had to turn around and say that's real childish. Too bad their tours have no escorts. Never went as day was already a mess. I thought what else to expect.

Just returned from a disastrous tour to Ottawa, which involved a one night stay at The Elgin hotel. The limo taking us to the bus went to the wrong address, eventually they got us to the bus. We went on a boat trip, the highlight of the tour, tho we didn’t know it then. Then off to The Elgin Hotel, Dowdy and dated room, cold meal, poor service for dinner and breakfast. This place is relying on its past glory. Tour of Ottawa, which wasn’t going to include the Tulip Festival - the only reason we did see some tulips was thru the intervention of our brilliant, feisty, witty guide Lillian.
Then to the Casa Dea winery, avoid this place at all costs, they could not cope with a coach load of 40 people and proceeded to blame us for overloading them and being unable to cope! They served a salad and pizza, it was so poor it was hilarious. Some of us ate it anyway as we were starving. The wine samples were all served in the one glass, “There’s too many of you for more glasses!! Then more mix ups with missing limos followed until we thankfully got home 3 hours late. The price we paid was a week in Cuba. Will not be doing over night stays again. Oh I forgot to mention the bus had no wifi, no working electrical outlets, music or cd player.

I went on a three day tour with them to the country side of Quebec just outside Montreal. We stayed in a beautiful resort in a natural setting. Both the driver and tour guide were amazing. I had the time of my life. Very reasonably priced for what you get. The food was excellent and prepared by a local chef. The wine tour was excellent. Lots of fun and entertainment. I can't wait for them to get going again on more multi-day trips. I plan on going back for more. I love the fact that everything is included in their price including pick up from your own home to the nearest bus pick up location. Keep up the excellent work!

Trip started off terrible as not everyone had assigned seats. So the ones that didn't have assigned seats thought they could be very rude about bumping people who had assigned seats so they could sit in their seats.
When one of them was not getting what she wanted started to kick and punch back of the seat.

We've just completed our first bus tour for the Niagara Festival of Lights. Time of Your Life did not disappoint with their service and planning. Our bus driver, Chris was wonderful. 5 stars to them for making it a memorable experience. Will definitely be checking out their itinerary for 2024!

The Grand River cruise was excellent. Time of your Life needs a new coach company. The Canada Coach we were on had next to no air conditioning. It was one of the most hot & humid days. The driver had the nerve to tell me the vents above the passengers was not for air conditioning or heat. What a tool. Needless to say I felt exhausted the next day. No more Time of Your Life tours for me

Did the trip to Huronia on June 10th, 2023. The price paid was not justified. Food and restaurant poor quality. The Fish & Chips had more fries than fish. Lunch served in all disposable boxes like kids on a camping trip. The Lunch Cruise might have been a better option as most of the time was spent on the cruise. Also would time your website was updated with the 2023 events as it is already June 2023.

A recent trip to Prince Edward County was fraught with problems. One of the stops,The Big Apple was closed on Tuesday. A stop in Bloomfield (a ridiculously small town) was similar. Only a handful of shops on the strip and more than half closed on Tuesdays. Very poorly researched. The 2 wineries were very small. Consider going to just one of the larger ones in the area.
