Our two-day camping trip with Northbound Tours in Algonquin Park was fantastic! Chris, our guide, made everything easy and fun. Canoeing on the first day was peaceful, and the campsite had an amazing beach view. Chris handled all the gear, making the trip stress-free.

He’s also a great cook—dinner by the campfire was delicious, and playing games together was a highlight. On the second day, we explored three trails, and each one was worth it. Chris was flexible and always in good spirits. We definitely recommend Northbound Tours and Chris for a perfect getaway!

We attended the day trip to Algonquin. Chris and his team were amazing tour guides and shared a lot of interesting facts about the areas we were driving in. The coach bus was large and comfortable, and they played a lot of nice music along the way. It was nice to have the chance to meet many people from other parts around the world. The trip included two hikes, one where you get a nice view from the top of a waterfall and the other on top of a beautiful look out point. Had the opportunity to take lots of photos during the day. It is a long day so be sure to pack lots of snacks and water. The trip also included canoeing and a stop at Webbers Burgers which was much needed at the end. Highly recommend trying one of their trips!

My igloo-building trip with Northbound Tours was fantastic.
It was well organized, super safe driving and Chris was a great host during the whole day.
Even if the snow conditions were not ideal, we still learned the process with the Haliburton staff members.
Lots of fun, highly recommended.

Fantastic One-Day Algonquin Park Trip

I recently took a one-day trip to Algonquin Park, and it was incredible. Our driver and host, Cris, was outstanding, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. The drive to the park was comfortable, with Cris sharing fascinating facts about the area.

Canoeing on Oxtongue Lake was a highlight, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and occasional wildlife sightings. Cris ensured we felt confident and safe, making the experience extraordinary.

We had a great experience with outstanding views while hiking around Ragged Falls and on the Algonquin Park Lookout Trail.

The entire trip was well-organized, balancing activity and relaxation perfectly.

Overall, this trip was a fantastic escape, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing day out.

Taking the one-day tour to Algonquin Park with Northbound Tours was a fantastic experience, especially for those without access to a car in Toronto. Chris, our tour leader, has a great sense of humor and warm personality. The journey was well-paced, with frequent and comfortable stops at various locations along the way.

The attractions during our trip to Algonquin (canoeing and hiking) were thoroughly planned and well organized. Chris ensured that we not only enjoyed the natural beauty of the park but also learned about its history and animals. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect (which we can’t control), Chris made us feel like nothing can stop us from enjoying the trip.

We are already looking forward to booking another trip with Northbound Tours!

My one day trip to Blue Mountain with Northbound tours was an amazing experince. Our tour guide and host Chris was outstanding. He shared lot of information and trivia regarding the places while we were on the way to the Blue Mountains. From the moment our journey started Chris ensured that everyone is comfortable. Our trip was so delightful and laid back.

I would definitely recommend Northbound tours to everyone and also I am looking forward again to go on a trip with Chris and Northbound Tours.
