The trip could have been great but the company made some rookie mistakes that could easily have been avoided.

1) For some reason, we drove to the falls for the boat trip, then the town for lunch and then back to the falls to go behind the falls. Even our guide didn't understand why that was the route and it wasted hours.

2) The guide didn't realize that as a tour group, we could have skipped the behind-the-falls line. We only found out by watching the guides for other groups do it. While our guide seemed new and didn't know, the company should have absolutely known and told the guide. Again, more time wasted.

Our trip was supposed to be 6-7 hours and it ended up being 10. There was no traffic so this extra time was just due to mismanagement.

Wonderful tour ! Our guide Sasha and driver Mike made the whole experience great. Pickup was easy and the van was in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. Everything was easy and well explained.. Boat tour, lunch, time in the city … Worth every penny !

Had an amazing experience and day out!
Our guide was Eleanor and our driver was Marion, who both provided really great service, insights, fun stories and cared for us and our small group all day.
