Fantastic stay at Cottage Cove this past weekend with our family (2 adults, 3 kids). Location is great - close to town but far enough away, in a little cover which is great for kayaking, swimming, etc. Cottages are extremely clean and well-maintained, kitchen fully stocked to cook anything you need, nice picnic tables, BBQs and firepits at each unit. Was easy to launch boat and had parking directly in front of the cottage which is also key. Had kayaks and a canoe to use which was a nice treat too. Steven and Wendy were great to deal with - very accommodating and helpful. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed with family for a weekend and had an excellent time.
The cottages are spacious and feel like home.
The owners were very helpful with things like firewood and worms for fishing!
Beautiful lake and great location.

Caygeon Cove is a hidden gem only 2 hours away from Toronto. Over the weekend, we stayed at one of the cabins by the water and was blown away. The cabin was spacious, clean, and meticulously maintained. We were even able to rent their boat to ride into pigeon lake.
5/5 experience all around and would definitely come back

I have had the best birthday ever at the perfect cabin in Ontario. It was a surprise for us to see clean and smell free cabin, with newly renovated floors and walls. We all had a room of our own. The beds are a bit squeaky, but it's clean. Each bed had a bed cover and a bed sheet. Nice and clean wardrobes, toilet paper in the bathroom and even a paper towel in the kitchen. The cabin is by the lake, very peaceful and beautiful place. Steve is the best host ever. His property is so organized, he makes sure that all of his visitors are satisfied and happy. He brings firewood every day and lights it up. He is very flexible and very generous as well. He showed us how to use the boat we've rented for the whole day. Pigeon lake is so beautiful, the water is very warm and soft. Amazing houses around, the nature is fantastic, and the people around are so friendly. It was the best time spent. Kawartha Dairy Ice cream is 5 minutes away to enjoy. Very convenient. I definitely recommend Caygeon Cove Resont. We hope to come again soon! Thank you Steve ?

The new owners Steven and Wendy are AWESOME!!! Super friendly and helpful and just really good people. The resort was beautiful as always with clean cabins and immaculate grounds. The Bagel Boys Fishing Tour will be back!

Spent my whole childhood here back when my parents had a trailer! This park was awesome. Grew up here along with many other kids. OG owner was Tony and then an American named Grant bought it after!

Hosts are amazing. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’ve been coming up for weekends fishing the lake for a last few years. Always arriving later on Fridays, everything is in order with Nicky that we can put the boat in and fish as soon as we get there. Had boat troubles the other weekend and Craig was there to lend a hand and tools. If I could give more stars I would. We’ll be coming back a few times a year from now on. Great Lake, great spot, great hosts. Thanks Nicky and Craig. Dan
