Un petit resto rapide et delicieux! Des pâtes fait maison, ainsi que la sauce tout a fait savoureuse! Et pour celui ou celle qui a une alimentation sans gluten des nouille de riz (qui ne sont pas faite maison) sont aussi offerte. Le personnel chaleureux, un beau menu! Ça vaut le détour!

It was my first time ordering from the noodle guy at his shop in Port Williams. He has been at a few festivals in Halifax which is how I heard of them.
I wasn’t sure how the to-go fridge worked… did you have to pre order? Do you just walk in? What is in the fridge?
Sarah messaged me back on Instagram helping me navigate that portion.
When I went in, it was so cozy, so nice, and the fridge was full of fresh pasta and sauce.
We ended up getting the sundried tomato, coconut, Jalapeno milk sauce with ravioli and the roasted red pepper and tomato sauce with spaghetti noodles. This plus the carrot cake (enough for 4 ppl) was $30.. so the price was shockingly impressive.
We stopped at the store and grabbed hamburger to add more protein.
This is also where I met Sarah in person. Sarah is the type of person who thrives in customer service. You can tell her vibes, her charm, her personality is meant to be around people. She just brightened my day and we had a huge laugh over me thinking everything in the fridge was expired (it was actually made that day not expired that day - I felt so stupid.
10/10 service, 10/10 food. I can not recommend them enough.
Also there is room to eat inside 🙂 I just wanted take out to bring back to our Airbnb!

I have eaten here now on two occasions when in the area, and the one element that stands out to me both times is their staff. Absolutely brilliant. Kind, attentive, informative; one server I had both times was one of the best I've had in a restaurant. I also love how much effort they put into the little details of the place, making it an enjoyable overall experience. I had different menu items both times, and the quality of the pasta is excellent. I've bought some to go once as well, to make it at home. I am surprised that some of their pasta dishes aren't served with bread, but the quality alone does carry itself. Would visit again!

Super Location, freundlicher Gastgeber der offen und sympathisch ist. Das Essen wirklich lecker und für die Qualität und den Geschmack ein super Preis. Das Restaurant ist sehr beliebt und gut frequentiert, trotzdem sind alle entspannt und freundlich! Man kann den Köchen bei der Arbeit zuschauen, das die Küche offen ist.

Really cute restaurant with cozy ambiance!💝 I found that the pasta was a bit too thick for my liking and I have had better elsewhere, but besides that everything tasted great! 🙂

We were excited to try The Noodle Guy for a family gathering, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. While most staff were friendly, our request to push two tables together for our group of eight, including two young children, was met with a firm "no" from one server. This inflexibility was frustrating, especially considering the empty tables around us.

The lack of accommodation set the tone for the rest of the evening. While the Tagliatelle with shrimp was delicious, other dishes left us disappointed. The vegetable ramen was overly sweet, and the stir-fry was even sweeter – both bordering on dessert territory and hard to finish for our large group. We requested a non-alcoholic sauce for appetizer and received shrimp without sauce, which was good but pricey for the simplicity. Unfortunately, the menu seemed limited for those who don't consume alcohol and vegetarian dishes were sweet.

Considering the initial inflexibility and the limitations with some dishes, we decided against ordering more.
