Nous avons eu un excellent prix pour la chambre qui était plus que satisfaisante : lit confortable, chambre spacieuse pouvant facilement accommoder une famille comme la nôtre avec un parc pour bébé. Toutefois, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur! Nous avons du faire 3 voyages de la voiture à la chambre !

Au premier niveau même si les chambres sont non fumeur, odeur agressante de cannabis....

I was at a 3 day conference at the University of Guelph. The room I had was extremely clean, very comfortable and well appointed. As I have a spinal injury and prefer a somewhat "rigid" mattress, the mattress in my room was very good. The first night was fine, but the second and third nights, I slept reasonably well.

The staff were also kind enough to allow me, after a 7:30 am check out and pack my truck, to allow me to leave my truck in their parking lot for the day while I attended the final day of the conference and return at the end of the day to load my scooter before heading back to Woodstock.

I would heartily recommend the Days Inn on Gordon Street in Guelph to everyone.

Stayed for just one night with my family. Have previously stayed at this property in 2017 and had an exceptional stay - clean rooms, great staff, wonderful homey atmosphere. 5 years later - the entire hotel is very run down. Stained carpets, outdated and dirty continental breakfast nook, and extremely unsanitary lobby bathroom. Staff was mostly friendly and very efficient checking in! However, while we were only there for one afternoon and morning, we did not see one cleaning staff. The rooms, even the “recently renovated” were unbearably cold upon check in, and in one room the heater would not function correctly. The carpets and other surfaces were unsavoury. Thankfully the members in my party had taken it upon themselves to bring bedding from home - I did not, and regret it immensely. After a long night at a local event, I went to crawl into my fresh bed and saw that it had clearly been made over to look washed, but had the distinct wrinkles and creases of someone having slept there prior to me! When I, against my better judgement, decided to take my chances and lay down (rather than call guest services at 1am), I instantly regretted having booked at this property. The pillow was greasy with old sweat and smelled of cologne. My party did not seem to have the same issue’s, as their bedding all looks fresh, stiff and clean. Other bothersome small details included a tissue/Kleenex dispenser that was staged to look changed with a fresh one sticking out folded nicely, but that was the only one, and so you pulled it out and there was an empty box! If you care about such things - the coffee is also really not amazing.
