I would give a zero rating if that was an option.
Bus is significantly late every day with kids missing part of their first class.
Getting students to school is your job. If you can’t do that then why are you still in business.

They send emails stating the bus will be 20 mins late (daily) but your kid will still end up waiting outside for over 40 minutes with no bus coming. You want to call them? Don’t bother it’s all automated and you can no longer get through to a person no matter how many times you press an extension or press 0.
Our kids deserve better.

This is the worst student transportation service in the province. The people who make the call on cancelling buses have no regard for the safety of the kids they're transporting and instead me and my husband (who is a plow driver) have to make the decision not to send our kids on the bus to school due to weather as this company thinks buses driving in whiteout conditions is acceptable. Don't even get me started on the tardiness of these drivers and the companies excuse is they're short staffed. PAY A LIVEABLE WAGE AND YOU WOULDNT BE SO SHORT STAFFED WHICH IS NOT ME OR MY KIDS PROBLEM. You have a job, now do it!!

Kids are new to bussing this year. 4year olds bus has been 20 minutes late every day so far to drop off.
High school student was picked up at 5:15pm today from GCVI because bus never even showed up....student supposed to be dropped off around 345.
How do parents do this? Unbelievable that this is how this company continues to operate.

Bus is always late. My kids are waiting 30 min to over an hour just to get to school. They shouldn't be missing out on education just because of the bus.

Bus constantly late. Busdriver always goes off route and picks up students at non designated stops. Waits for students for over 5 mins past bus stop time. Inquired to the company and was told that the driver is allowed to do this and wait for 2 mins for each kid. Mentioned that bus comes late too often and they did not care. Although driver should not be going off route ans waiting for students, as it is required for students to be 5 mins early each day. Driver is a people pleaser who turns the whole bus around at every request not thinkng of the students that came on time. Like turning around to get your soccer cleats that you forgot is unacceptable. And that the driver tolerates this is insane. When this happens the driver often does not obey traffic rules and speeds through residential roads along with rolling stops. This is done to make up for lost time due to picking up kids at their convenience. Very unsafe😡😡

There was a bus on highway 6 today that stopped to let a child off and there were no orange caution lights or no actual stopped lights, no stop sign at the drivers window, no safety bar on the front either. Luckily the child lived on the side of the highway that there was no crossing it, but morning pickups could be very very dangerous for the children being picked up, the children already on the bus and the drivers on the road then. So take this information and make sure all your drivers are using the lights and that they work properly

Awful service. My child's bus is late 2-4+ time a week, and we haven't even had any inclement weather yet. The bus driver lets students play music over the speakers with racial slurs in it. The music is so loud my child's ears hurt when they get off the bus. I left a general voice mail with the service, there is no option to speak with anyone directly, nor is there an email address to send a message too.
