Having used Canadian Cab for over 10 years on and off I can only speak of my experiences to which I've never had an issue with the drivers many of whom have been drivers for many years, have lived in the community and know the city intimately. I've booked by phone, app, booking office downtown and waved some down around the city.

The majority of drivers have been friendly and social (if the vibes right) the conversations have kept me entertained and often informed of things going on in the city I wasn't even aware of at times.

I've trusted this company for many crucial rides and they've been very reliable. I've even left items and had them returned or called in immediately and had a few emergency situations where they were fast and discreet heading out. It's appreciated.

There are times when they can be extremely busy, many residents book beforehand for school/work pickups, and drop, grocery runs and if there's an event in town happening expect a wait or have a backup transport service ready to which I'm sure you can find.

I'll continue to use Canadian Cab as needed and I'm happy to see the cars around the city.

I recently came to visit my hometown and was staying at a hotel on the norrh side and had to be dropped off to the south side to see family I had the most amazing cab driver her name was Julie (I believe) and I could talk to that women for days she was absolutely amazing! I had the most amazing conversation with her even after being dropped off I stayed in the car to chat with her for an extra 5 minutes I truly hope she sees this! She gave me a rock with a heart on it and I took it all the back to alberta with me!

Got stranded in a different city thanks to these guys.
First they messed up my pick up by going to the wrong address, then proceeded to charge me for their mistake. Afterwards, they failed at booking a return ride in advance (this was between 1:30-4:30am mind you) which was specifically requested.
After making the above mistakes, I was informed the follow up ride they WOULD send would take an additional 20 minutes, something I found out after waiting 20 minutes in the -15 cold.
So, I did what any normal person would do - cancel the ride and get something quicker.

Fast forward 20 minutes and I get a message that my driver from Canadian Cab is waiting on me.
So they also can’t inform their own drivers to stop wasting time and gas it seems.

I have had many rides with cab #28. This driver doesn't have much to say but...since 1998-99 I have never known better. Bonnie

HORRIBLE I called a cab at @7:15 to be picked up for 7:45 they picked up somebody else and when I called she said another driver will be here in 5 mins I was late bringing my daughter to her appointment… refused to give me a free ride after making me late by 20 mins absolutely horrible they should’ve called upon arrival instead of letting random people in the car

We called taxi driver twice , he didn’t show up,not once but twice nd on the call he behaved rudely, I don’t know if these guys don’t want to work why do they work , really disgusting

Today I pulled up Canadian Cab #21 at the Hanlon Expressway lights. The woman inside was busy texting. I drove beside her up Paisley almost to Imperial...she texted all the way. When I laid on the horn she put the phone down. At the Imperial lights she started using a piece of cab electronics. I would walk miles rather than take a Canadian Cab.

Ordered a taxi through their app, which was very convenient. It let me track the driver as they were coming to pick me up and gave me an estimated cost, which was pretty accurate. The driver was very nice and helped me load and unload my groceries.
