I never really got a chance to deal with this person so im not saying they are a bad travel agent. However, this is about business practice. I called on a Monday and got the answering service, they said they're experiencing a high volume of calls so they would call back in 2 to 3 days. They called me on Friday of that week. I'm sorry but if you're experiencing that high volume of customers that it takes you five days to get back in a business where rates change EVERYDAY.... maybe get some more staff

Such a FANTASTIC lady. I just walked in ,no appointment and Tahera helped me plan a great surprise getaway for a loved one. Not only did she help me plan the trip but took the time to look at several different dates to get the best deal. I will definitely go back to book any future trips.
