A sweet little getaway that feels like home. Very clean and comes with a fantastic fresh breakfast made just for you. The owners were hospitable and friendly. Thank you for a nice stay while we were in town for an event.
*Only issues were that we needed to air out the room as it smelt a bit musty upon arrival as cabins do… and that they forgot our booking but were quick to take care of us anyway when we arrived at check-in.

From the moment we drove up to the Inn we were pleasantly surprised with the location. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and offered a coffee in the kitchen overlooking a lovely garden with bunnies eating clover. The tranquility continued to the screened outdoor entertainment room overlooking a beautiful salt water heated pool. Our personal room was well appointed with a refrigerator seating and the bed was very comfortable.The wifi was included. We were served a delicious breakfast each day. We could help ourselves to Coffe,tea or cool drink at anytime. We returned from a day out and sat in the screened porch an enjoyed the tranquility of the garden. We definitely recommend and would return.
You cannot do better than this.

What a hidden gem!! We went to Dunnville to visit family and stayed here. It was a beautiful property, quiet and the room was great!! We stayed in the private suite and it was wonderful!! The hospality, food and atmosphere was fabulous!! Our very first time staying at a bed and breakfast, it will be hard to top this one!! Thank you very much Joanne and Tom!

Great little bed and breakfast spot. Property is absolutely gorgeous and quiet. So peaceful. Pool is a salt water pool and was definitely refreshing for a morning dip. Breakfast was great and homemade by them. Great hosts with nice clean rooms. Definitely be coming back if we ever need another place to stay is Cayuga. Only thing I wished is if the city fixed and widened the road where they are located. Very narrow road and rough

Joanne was a great hostess. We booked the Family Suite for four nights and we really enjoyed it. It was off by itself which we really liked The property is well kept and lots of seating areas outside. The pool looked lovely as well. We enjoyed a different breakfast each morning and they were all great. We never felt rushed at breakfast either. On our last morning Joanne packed us snacks for our plane ride home. Great place and great hostess.

We travelled to Dunnville for 2 nights for my husband to go fishing on Lake Erie. Joanne and Tom are wonderful hosts. We stayed here in 2019 and looked forward to our return. This time we requested the private suite in a separate building. It is very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The screened in porch was a lovely room for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent! The grounds of the property are well maintained and I enjoyed walking the neighbourhood area in the morning. We look forward to returning next Spring.
