I've complained that some of their buses are in need of an oil change. The fumes they give off are horrible, not to mention the cloud of black exhaust and they are transporting children on these buses. They are subjected to these fumes. You can do better than that!

Amazing people doing an extremely difficult job ..These people are under constant scrutiny by consortia parents and teachers . They pretty much all seem to be driving school bus because they love children .I cannot put in print how much respect you should all have for these amazing special people . Anyone that can drive a bus loaded with 50+ screaming children ( trust me they do make alot of noise) while continuing to operate a vehicle safely need to be respected for what they do, given room, time and patience to complete there daily routes .

Very upset at management no doing anything about a large bus parking all day on our residential street. (parking is allowed) Driver does no live on our street and is very rude and not very cooperative. I am sure management would not be very happy with a big bus parked in front of their home. Please comment if you have the same problem.

Bus was 20 minutes late so I took my daughter to school. When I called the first time I was hung up on the second time I got snark attitude and was told "we do the best we can sometimes traffic is bad" and hung up on AGAIN. I get it's the first day and things happen... This review is not based on the late bus... It's based on the awful customer service.

Have had their drivers stop in front of my house, leave their 4 ways on, no children on the bus, and scrub their bus down this is in direct violation of the HTA.
