The check in was a complete struggle as the staff member we dealt with was very undertrained, we were very patient and didn’t apply hardly any pressure, but you could see the inexperience and lack of confidence. The rooms were okay, and tidy, but there were areas where we found mess and that hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The gym was a complete joke and mess.

We stayed in this Best Western on a trip back from the states, the price was very good and it was clean. We had vehicle issues next morning due to the cold, staff was very understanding and let us do a late check out. 10/10 would definitely stay there again

This is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again! There were cookies and iced tea available when we checked in. Our two-queen room was so spacious! There was a nice kitchenette area with cabinets, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. The free breakfast was very nice with a wide variety. Good value. Comfortable bed.

Front desk people Jamieson, Randi were so good and friendly,
Breakfast girl Gail is very efficient running around.
Manager Eric manages the hotel and the team very well.

What a great experience. Staff upgraded us to a jacuzzi tub room. We were not informed that the pool and hot tub were not available. We used the reservation number in the back of our card.||Very polite and friendly staff. ||The breakfast was the best out of our entire 3 week holiday with a real treat of ham.

This hotel is not bad. Every time I come the pool or exercise equipment is broken or unusable. Could use some updating, rooms are dated. Otherwise staff was great and very nice.

Absolutely amazing service. Very accommodating. Served amazing breakfast and customer service was so polite and enjoyable. Absolutely recommended. Probably some of the nicest service workers I've met on my trip

Our stay was extremely comfortable. Staff was accommodating and the breakfast in the morning was fresh with a lot of variety. We had a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this business!
