It's unfortunate.
Hands down the best prices in town, and without question some of the friendliest staff. The problem is, good luck figuring out what's in store without going in due to their website being useless (company issue, not a location problem I know.) but what really gets me is the employee(s) who don't consume and aren't even educated enough on the topic to give reccomendations based on customers preferences.

went here today and was ID'd along with my husband, we are in our 50's. he didn't have id with him and wasn't planning to purchase anything however we were denied entry. i understand there is a policy to ID everyone. my policy is to never shop at any of their locations again...

EDIT - I do disagree with having to show government issued ID to enter a store, within my community, to satisfy a company regulation. This is not a government issued regulation.

Walked in been here hundred times but this time was just told I had to show valid ID or I had to leave without a reason for this I could understand if I looked like I may not b of age however I’m 60 years old no question on age I recommend everyone just don’t go here very sad excuse professionalism I will never go back very disappointed

Canna Cabana Markdale!

One of the most notable "features" of this location is that it's connected to the LCBO.
A literal one-stop shop for a number of recreational considerations.

I've visited this store a number of times since it switched over. The staff here are amazing and always very welcoming. Very knowledgeable about industry products and very passionate about what they do.

Canna Cabana has its own member club and offers some competitive accessory and product prices.

Grow my own so rarely find myself shopping anymore. Sent hubby in for a little Xmas treat. Chicky had my order ready for him to pick up within minutes of putting it through on-line, and was super friendly when he popped in to pick it up. Also love the fact that they have a members pricing option..might just have to sign up for elite in the near future. Look forward to future dealings. Merry Christmas everyone!
